The lethargy at the end is a bear. It definitely makes concentration on anything a pain. Just hit it hard and keep them gainz.

I took an akward step that caused me to strain my back.

I lift heavy for me, not to impress baboons at the gym. 455 is light for me.
The injury was just me rushing the walk out because I was overconfident.

I dont do it to impress, I do it to crush them lol. Not everything is that way man, some times you need competition. I pulled 495 on Saturday and havent deadlifted in a long time. It hurt but my training partners pushed me. I didnt die. Rather get hurt battling with the bros then just randomly fuck myself. Sounds alot better saying "well me, tyrone and shequita where squating and I blew out my ass going for a 50 pound squat PR" than "see what had happened was I was training alone and got cocky during my walk out".

Great job on the 455 reguardless. Everything over 405 feels heavy to me

- plans remain the same as before: 365lb bench, 500lb squat, 600lb deadlift, 245lb overhead press

- semester started yesterday and im still studying for the LSAT
