1)when you run out E-COP, your strength/endurance goes down noticeably? i hope they are still higher than before starting the product.

2)is the difference between E-COP and other COP products really big or rather subtle? how long will one E-COP tub last on the recommended dose and how long a bottle of the new TAA product?

Regarding increases. Yes if you stop using a supplement then the effects go as well. But if you push yourself as hard as you can while on the supplement you can make muscle gains which will make you stronger. But you will lose lose the boost that the supplement provides.

Truth, why no carbs? If I remember correctly, u mentioning in your previous logs that fatloss was better w/ carbs on Ur/Pump Spray.

You can eat more carbs with UR spray, not unlimited carbs and I have discovered that I am in fact a carb addict. I so over did it on carbs for the last few months after the Arnold. I gained 25 pounds in a few months, One month of which I was out of UR/Pump Spray. I have also recently been reacquainted with the health benefits of a keto diet. PA has recently made me aware of several interesting aspects of ketosis that I was unaware of. Tonight or tomorrow I intend to post a thread in the fat loss section of PHF as resource for keto dieting, its benefits and applications

Go to:Abstract.BACKGROUND:
Although various studies have examined the short-term effects of a ketogenic diet in reducing weight in obese patients, its long-term effects on various physical and biochemical parameters are not known.
OBJECTIVE:
To determine the effects of a 24-week ketogenic diet (consisting of 30 g carbohydrate, 1 g/kg body weight protein, 20% saturated fat, and 80% polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat) in obese patients.
PATIENTS AND METHODS:
In the present study, 83 obese patients (39 men and 44 women) with a body mass index greater than 35 kg/m2, and high glucose and cholesterol levels were selected. The body weight, body mass index, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, triglycerides, fasting blood sugar, urea and creatinine levels were determined before and after the administration of the ketogenic diet. Changes in these parameters were monitored after eight, 16 and 24 weeks of treatment.
RESULTS:
The weight and body mass index of the patients decreased significantly (P<0.0001). The level of total cholesterol decreased from week 1 to week 24. HDL cholesterol levels significantly increased, whereas LDL cholesterol levels significantly decreased after treatment. The level of triglycerides decreased significantly following 24 weeks of treatment. The level of blood glucose significantly decreased. The changes in the level of urea and creatinine were not statistically significant.
CONCLUSIONS:
The present study shows the beneficial effects of a long-term ketogenic diet. It significantly reduced the body weight and body mass index of the patients. Furthermore, it decreased the level of triglycerides, LDL cholesterol and blood glucose, and increased the level of HDL cholesterol. Administering a ketogenic diet for a relatively longer period of time did not produce any significant side effects in the patients. Therefore, the present study confirms that it is safe to use a ketogenic diet for a longer period of time than previously demonstrated.
Long-term effects of a ketogenic diet in obese patients

Lower cholesterol, higher hdl's and lower ldl's goes against common knowledge which is really just common conjecture. Keto is very healthy

ketones are actually a better fuel for the brain. more efficient ( a greater Delta G for atp hydrolysis), and requires less moles of oxygen per calorie generated versus glucose. They also require no transport system (i.e. insulin) to enter brain cells unlike glucose

in fact, studies have done where people administered exogenous ketones (or who were in deep ketosis) have been given large doses of insulin enough to blood sugar down so far the should have been comatose. They actually were fine and showed no hypoglycemic symptoms because the brain was funtioning fine on just ketones

what is it all about these new ATP stuff? Where e.g. is the difference between TAA, COP and creatine? Are they all three synergistic? Will i get additional strength/endurance from TAA when im already taking the other two?

Hey guys sorry but what is COP?

The guy that arrests you for the dime bag in yo' pocket...

I think there is one thing that we can all hopefully agree on:  Religious and/or ideological extremism, in almost every form (except for the quest for teh hyuge), is dangerous.
