Would something like m-sten (also, alpha-one and trenavar) always put mass on you, even without increasing caloric intake? I'm thinking stuff like that could be primarily used for strength as long as you don't go crazy with food. I heard mixed things about epi, i.e. good for strength, but some people are non-responders. Those are the four that I might use, going into my next few meets, later this year and next year. Thanks for any help that you can provide, guys.
