Keto Force contains the endogenous ketone body beta-hydroxybutrate (BHB) in sodium and potassium salt form. Ingestion of Keto Force will raise the levels of blood ketones (BHB and AcAc) for 2.5-3.0 hours after ingestion. When taken an hour before exercise this product has been shown to decrease the amount of oxygen consumed at a given power output.

It is suggested that this product be consumed during the initial stages of a ketogenic diet (three times a day for first 2-3 days) toaccelerate ketosis and ease metabolic transition. The product may also be consumed prior to high intensity aerobic exercise to enhance performance.

*This product has an alkaline pH (~12) so it is best mixed with an acidic beverage (i.e. diet lemonade) prior to ingestion. Keep refrigerated.
Contains 480mL.

480 mils per bottle.
30 mils per serving.

Ketosis offers a myriad of health benefits beyond weight loss. Take a look at the Blog link posted earlier for a hint of what ketosis can do

This sounds like a VERY interesting product. Does using this product essentially mean that you can consume some carbs, yet your body will still burn fat as if it were in ketosis?

80$ plus shipping.

how long will this last at 2-3 x's a day?

how does this compare to something like 75 mgs t3 for losing fat?

how significantly does this help endurance? I am boxing in the ring and get super winded where I almost pass out from being dizzy, when i go at it hard, and hard endurance training for boxing? does this supplement make the dramatic of a difference?

Pat can you give an scientific opinion in how much this can help my endurance?

Soooo,... Could it be effective for endurance sports too, not only BB? (for example: Could it be a good idea to take it before a Marathon??)

Its not as much about being in as it is avoiding the unpleasant aspects of the lag time between glucose metabolism and keto metabolism. Such as slugishness foggy headednees. This just gives you ketones to work with while your body prepares itself to make itss own

It is not a fat burner per say and I am not sure of how many doses in a a bottle just yet. I'll check with PA on this one. As far as increasing endurance

The product may also be consumed prior to high intensity aerobic exercise to enhance performance.

If this works, it will exceed expectations of what you are saying it will do. On a refeed when your body is refilling glycogen ajx ketones are present and isulin is present why wouldnt the body use the ketones for energy and use the carbs to build muscle instead of storing them as fat like usual? Am i way off woth this?

nope and its not intended to be, but if you could afford it, it would be instant energy anytime you needed it sans calories or damage to the waist line
