Preface

I was fat most of m young life (5-17). Decided to drop from about 260lbs to 160 lbs in 4 months the wrong way- starvation (~1000 calories/day) and cardio. I was literally skin and bones! Fast forward about a decade and I decided to start lifting and in the past few years, I've really been honing in on my goals.


GOAL: To reduce subcutaneous fat in hopes of tightening up my skin and in effect, lessen the need for surgery. Keeping my fingers crossed.

TOOLS:
* Diet - Carb Cycling (5 day cycle 150g, 100g, 50g, 125g, 200g) @ ~2600 calories
** Two weeks in so far. Starting to get used to it.
* Training - Modified 5/3/1 with some speed work incorporated.
* Gear -
** AAS
Week 1-6
* Test E at 250mg/wk
* Tren A at 350mg/wk
Week 7-10
* Cut Mix at 525mg/wk
- Test P = 175mg/wk
- Mast = 175mg/wk
- Tren A = 175mg/wk
* Tren A at 350mg/wk = TOTAL of 525mg/wk
** Epi @ 60mg/wk for the first four weeks - I've already ran epi at 50mg/day two weeks prior to starting tren ace.
** Bold (PH) will be thrown in at about 800mg/day during the last two weeks of cutmix and continued for a couple of months while continuing 250mg Test E.
** Clen and T3 - Throughout. Started two weeks prior to tren.
** Peptides - CJC-DAC 500mcg/eod + GHRP-2 3-5 X 100mcg/day
*** Subject to change orals since I have some anavar coming and who knows!

Here are some pictures from a couple of days ago. Mind you this is after a workout and flexing so the definition is nowhere near as prominent cold. Which reminds me, I should do a cold at-ease picture

The skin is especially noticeable now when I pull on it. Notice it around the abs, lower outside pec region, and obliques. Feels bad, man.

I will try to post daily to keep my diet on track. I'm using myfitness pal and need to figure out how to post my day's eating on here.

Input on what you guys think of my current bf % and the feasibility of my attempted plan is is welcomed.

Pun intended; I want to feel comfortable in my own skin. My goal when I lost weight in high school was to finely be able to take my shirt off at the beach, well I still can't get myself to do it. Let's hope that'll change!

Bro you don't need to take all that shit to feel comfortable in your skin. You just have stretchy skin. FAR FROM saggy loose. You're body fat probably in 10-13% range, Most grown men are around 20-35. Ones that work out/active are usually less then 18%. So in terms of where you are at you're more fucked in the head then your outer appearance.

If you wanna tighten up your skin I would lean bulk and fill it up with some LBM.

Workout Notes: I deloaded all last week. The previous week I was running myself into the ground try to hit my numbers all while trying to adjust to less calories and running T3. I stopped the T3, took a deload and feel much better. Not 100%, but better. So I took about 10% off my working maxes and redid my 5/3/1 protocol.

Diet Notes: Getting used to the carb cycling. Still don't like it and i miss the 300-400g carb days of before, but it looks like It's doing it's job. I weighed in at 199 lbs. Two weeks ago I was at 206 lbs.
Beets were on sale in my area, so I bought 10 lbs and roasted them off. Great in my preworkout shake! I'm looking forward to my higher carb day tomorrow.

Cycle Notes: Feeling fine. I did my first tren injection today. Coupled with the nervousness of a new compound and the shakes from the clen, it was "fun" to say the least trying to pin my ass.

Anyone know how to grab an image from my fitness pal to post on here? I'd like to post occasional meals.

I can appreciate your honesty, but we all have our hiccups. This one, unfortunately this is mine. It's a confidence thing, man, and it's slowly building.

Thanks, dude! Well the plan with the bold is to hopefully do a slow bulk after the cut/recomp. If everything goes better than planned, it would be great if I could start a bulk of sorts halfway through my tren.

bro you look 10x better than the average guy and you would get hit on all the time if you took your shirt off on the beach and i agree with the others. its just something you need to get over and ive gone through it myself. you'll be glad you did. goodluck on it all though.

Like everyone said, you look way better than most. I think many guys on this forum wish they had a physique like yours. Having said that, if surgery is the only thing that will make you feel comfortable in your own skin and improve your quality of life, then go for it

Workout Notes: I felt great today in the gym. Not strength wise, but in the mood to lift. I haven't felt like this at all since starting my cut. My heavy set for Standing OHP was okay. I wanted to push to 8, but this tendonitis or something in my right arm is destroying my forearm and that's the first thing to go lately.

Diet Notes: Diet was great today. Had some Ahi tuna as my main meat source today along with egg whites as usual. I also made some protein muffins to eat as my prewo meal since I was stuck in a room during the time I like to eat.

Recipe:
* Scoop of Protein mix - Custom mix from True Nutrition of whey, milk, pea, and rice protein
* 1/2 c Egg whites
* 1 whole egg
* 4 oz roasted beets
* 1/2 banana
* 2 packets of splenda
* lots of cinnamon
* tsp baking soda - for levening
* Bake at 400* until puffy, then down to 350* to finish.
- 356 Cals, 46g pro, 29g carb, 6g fat, 5g fiber.

A little too spongy. Next time I'll reduce the egg whites by half or add another scoop of protein

Cycle Notes: Felt great today. I doubt I'm feeling anything just yet from the tren, but not sure if it's because I'm getting used to the diet or the epi is finally doing its thing. I'm leaning toward diet and epi since it usually does its trick for me in about week three.

I've been on gh15 a lot lately and if I had access and could afford some legit GH, namely Kigtropin, I'd do exactly as laid out in the Bible. 3-5 grand to run it as opposed to 5-10 grand for the surgery is a tough one. At least the surgery can be written off, I think.

Workout Notes: Felt great in the gym again. Today was speed and light work plus some arms thrown in at the end. Nothing fancy, but something new. I'm trying to incorporate one speed day at about 70-80% and work within Prilepin's Chart. It's something new and I hope it will help me raise my totals.

Diet Notes: A little under today on my carbs and pro, and a little higher on fat than I wanted. Nothing terrible, but it seems an ultra low fat intake while on tren is optimal for fat loss. I think my fat intake may be a little inflated since I trim as much fat off my meats before cooking. For example, today's main meat source was flap meat. I went by the nutritional info on myfitnesspal, but trimmed the fat before eating.

Cycle Notes: Felt great today. I did my second tren injection. I've only got four injection sites in rotation, dealts and glutes. I've done quads before, but with terrible pip. I may try again a little more laterally. Also, I want to try VG, but can't get myself to commit to the "right" spot. I'll be starting caber sometime next week, I think.

Workout Notes: Feeling great in the gym and wanting to lift heavy, but strength still mediocre at best. A note on the rack pulls; I set the pin to its lowest setting, which unfortunately isn't all that low. When standing straight on with the bar, it puts it right where the lowest part of my quad meets my knee cap. Once I can do sets of 4 all the way up, I may start adding a plate under my feet to add more range of motion. I really like doing rack pulls at the end to over emphasize my hips and upper back along with my grip.

I really wanted to go for 8 reps on my heavy deadlift attempt for the day, but it felt like I was going to throw up some acid! It may be because I tried something different this time, I took 20mg of epi right before my workout. Actually I left it dissolve under my tongue for shits and giggles. Anyway, this may have added to that acid reflux feeling when I did my belt deadlift.

Diet Notes: Still chugging along. My calories are a little on the low end, but it's due to my lower fat intake as of lately. I'm at 198 now. This morning the lower ab region looked a little tighter than before, but I'm still a long way from seeing the lower abs. I think if i do hit 195 lbs without losing muscle, I should be close to my goal.

Cycle Notes: Feeling good. Can't wait for next week to come along so I can see how this tren kicks in. So far the one side effect really bothering me is acne. A couple of easily scrubbed off pimples on my torso is no problem, but the deep, big red pimples along my hairline is causing me some concern. I'm going to up my B5 slowly to 10g a day to see if I can put the kibosh to this issue.

Workout Notes: I normally like at least 24 hours after my deadlift session before I hit the gym again, but I had to workout early today so it was only about 12 hours since. Needless to say, I was FRIED at the gym. The movements felt listless and I failed my five reps for Incline. No biggie. Next time I'll make sure to have the proper interim.

Diet Notes: I hate 50g carb days. I feel like I've got so little choices. My fat intake is much higher on these days due to most of my protein coming from meat. 125g of carbs sounds so great for tomorrow!

Cycle Notes: Nothing new. I'm really thinking about upping my tren dose by 50% to 525mg next week or possibly waiting until after the completion of my second week to go 100mg/day. Any thoughts?

Workout Notes: Solid workout tonight. On my 3x3 days, I like to throw in a high rep very low weight exercise for fun. Today's choice was step back lunges. I've never done them before. After the 200 reps, I could barely walk up the stairs back to the car!

Diet Notes: 200g of carbs feels so good, but not as good as 400!

Cycle Notes: I've upped my dosage to 525mg/wk. Since I injected 100mg yesterday, I did 50mg today. I'll be doing 75mg/day from now on. I'm also going to split my test up with each shot just for the sake of doing so. I haven't decided yet on whether or not to start on caber or wait until I feel the need. Also, I can't decided on whether to start on nolva or better yet ralox. I'd like to see how far I can go without it, but when gyno hits me, I haven't been successful in completely stopping it until the blast/cycle ends. Input?

Workout Notes: I felt like a zombie this morning. A combination of my diet and gruesome workout last night left me dead so I just hit my numbers, did a little accessory and called it quits.

Diet Notes: Since I felt completely drained this morning at the gym, I decided to have a couple of "high" carb days. Also I have a test coming up on Thursday night, so I need the carbs to fuel the studying. What I'm getting at is I'm coming up with excuses this week to eat more carbs, but my calories will still be as they should.

Cycle Notes: I'm now on 75mg of Tren/day. I've also decided to split my test E dose in it. It'll be easier to keep constant. I'm looking a little more "grainy" but the fat loss isn't continuing much from here or at least the fat loss beneath the loose skin. But who knows, it's been just over a week with tren. I'm guessing I'm being a bit impatient. I'll be cutting out clen next week and start T3 again. For the week off of clen, I'll be using ketotifen to help upregulate my receptors.

My libido has been on the low side lately. Not sure why, but no want for sex. I don't like that.
