Workout Notes: Terrible workout. I was excited to workout a new gym today. This one has a lot more gear than my usual gym and I really wanted to smash the weights, but I was just lethargic as hell. No want to lift. No want to train. Nothing. I just hit my minimums and called it quits. Shitty.

Diet Notes: I'm hating life. Last night I was so hungry at bed time. I kept waking up every two hours or so wanting to eat. Something's got to change.

Cycle Notes: No real motivation and no sex drive. On top of that, my strength has been sub par. My strength usually suffers from a cut, but I was hoping by what I've read that Tren would have helped that and was actually expecting an increase in strength.

Don't get me wrong, I'm leaning out fine with about 2 inches lost off my waist so far, but I feel drained as hell.

Am I expecting too much? Should I up the dose of Tren? Maybe wrong type of diet for this type of aas? Estro too low? Cut down my aromasin?

Input greatly appreciated!

Workout Notes: I had a decent workout today. I hit my numbers fine and it was a large improvement over yesterday's workout

Diet Notes: I've decided to go higher carb now. I'm still keeping a deficit, but it looks like I'm going to go with a higher carb cycle. A seven Day looking like 400g, 350g, 300g, 250g, 150g, 50g, and 50g. Or something like this. What I am going to do, however, is keep my carbs high for a good part of this week and see what happens.

Cycle Notes: I made pancakes and egg whites for breakfast, had a shake consisting of fruit and protein before the gym. I had about 120g before hitting the weights and I can say it helped!

I'm thinking my estrogen levels may be crashed due to my aromasin, and epi use. I'm dropping aromasin for now and seeing how I do. I'm hoping for only one thing to flare up, my sex drive.

Today is my last day of clen. I'll be running keto at 100/day for the next week to bring my receptors back. I was going to add T3, but I don't want that skewing my high carb experiment. I'll keep it for when I up the dose of tren to 100/day

Workout Notes: I felt really dead once I started working out and had to pop some smarties candy after my first few sets. Then I hit a wall and felt super low ad though my sugar level crashed and had to buy a protein bar from the front desk. I think I may have gone hypoglycemic. Maybe the low fat isn't keeping the food in me long enough?

Diet Notes: I don't think I ate outside my diet, too much, but it was my best friend's birthday and another friend was in town so we went to a great sushi place. It's a nice Omakase style restaurant; no sauce laden, mayonnaise and syrup covered sushi. Good rice and fresh fish. The only bad part about today's diet was the 5 sakes and 2 scotches I had. I couldn't turn them down.

Cycle Notes: I've upped my Tren to 100mg/day now.

Workout Notes: Felt okay. I had to sugar up while at the gym to sustain my energy levels.

Diet Notes: I ended up going over on my carbs and calories today. I had it all planned out, but I got that dead feeling at the gym again. Even though I had 100g of carb before the gym (1.5 hrs pre) I felt drained and CRAVING carbs ten minutes into my workout. I'd have a few pieces of candy and feel leveled out and then soon I'd get that feeling again and have to have another piece. That's how I went over on carbs/calories today

Cycle Notes: I'm going to drop my test to 25mg/day (175mg/wk total).

Last night was a really weird tren night. Eating right before bed, about 50g carb, 50g pro, and 5g fat, I turned flush red and got really hot. After falling asleep I woke up overheating and had to turn the fan on. Then I just got horny as hell! Even after sex, I still couldn't sleep well. I guess the tren side effects are showing up.

I'm still trying to figure out how my body does with tren. The up and down blood sugar levels are tricky. I'm thinking of eating fruit intraworkout to keep my energy levels steady. No more candy bullshit. I just had those in my bag for emergencies.

Diet Notes: Still keeping my carbs high and higher calories for now. I am worried since the scale read 201 lbs today, but that is also pretty much on a full stomach. My preworkout food timing seemed better today. Here' s what I had:

Cycle Notes: I started 05.mg of Caber today. I'll be dosing it at 2x a week at first and see if I can taper to half. I'm still feeling lethargic, but not drained so I I think the food timing is shaping up. I've been running DHEA at 50mg/day since my cruise; maybe I aught to take it out? Could this be adding to increased progesterone levels causing lethargy? I've read conflicting responses on the subject.

Workout Notes: I went in for an early workout so I could get it out of the way before heading out on my two-day fishing trip. I also need to lower my fiber intake. It's causing a bit of discomfort and I feel "full."

Cycle Notes: Feeling so much better today. I actually enjoyed working out and felt like I belonged there. I'm going to keep with my tren at 100mg/day. I'm enjoying the visuals. I'm looking leaner though I'm heavier and my muscles are feeling fuller and grainier at the same time.

Diet Notes: Keeping static. Let's see if I can lose some fat like this. My weight is starting to lower back down to where it was a before the spike. My lifting belt felt a little looser today, so I'm hoping that means the bloat is down and/or more fat is leaving my midsection.

Workout Notes: I was supposed to do some back work today, but looks like I have a cold or something. The wife brought it home from the hospital. I decided to stay home, and have a nice hot bowl of steel cut oats with tart cherries and non-fat milk with cinnamon. Felt good!

Diet Notes: Keeping on with my plan.

Cycle Notes: Well I ended up having 200 grams of protein during my last two hours before bed. A few hours into sleep and I was HOT! I pin before bed. Looks like if I eat around 100g carbs before sleep, I'm okay with the night sweats, but 200 seems to be the tipping point. Either way, no biggie. Insomnia (waking every few hours) is definitely there, but to be honest, the less sleep I'm getting than I'm used to doesn't seem to be much of a bother. I feel more rested while on Tren.

Workout Notes: I had a great workout! I hit my lifts wonderfully. The only problem was wipers. I felt like I pulled something in my left side. I don't know if it has anything to do with what happened the other night after a heavy ab workout. I came home and was eating when all of the sudden it felt like my belly button was trying to meet up my asshole in my lower intestine! One hell of a cramp that would not let go for about 5 minutes. I just sat there on my knees bent over the couch. Other than that, lifts have been improving.

Diet Notes: My higher carb intake and higher calorie intake has helped immensely. I'll keep this up for another week before dropping a little.

Cycle Notes:Feeling pretty damn good. Though my weight hasn't moved much, fat loss is definitely there. I wish more would come off the belly area, but the back of my thighs have really tightened up. Also, general fat loss everywhere else is there. My waist is the smallest it has ever been. My lifting belts are at their smallest adjustments.

Workout Notes: I'm at the tail end of this cold/flu and also a bit tired from the heavy lifts this week so I just hit some triples for deadlift and called it quits. I attempted 545 lbs and was able to get it up about mid shin but could not lock it out. This never happens to me. If I get the bar off the ground, it is going to be picked up. Oh well. I'm going to reset my numbers and work bringing volume up for the time being.

Diet Notes: Great food today. I made a turkey soup since I've been craving Thanksgiving foods. I wish I had some fresh cranberries to throw in it the last minute, but I guess it's too early for them.

Another crappy image thanks to my phone, but boy did this hit the spot! This was roughly 1/3 of the soup I made to eat. I'm breaking it up to enjoy it thoroughly.

If anybody cares for the ingredient list, check out the image of today's diet. Under #3, add in some sage, rosemary, clove, cinnamon and all spice to your turkey meat. Then take that to the food processor, add the egg, spelt flour, some of the pumpkin, baking powder and make a paste. Spoon out the meat mixture onto the simmering soup and you'll have fluffy hybrid turkey and dumplings. I would have used barley, but ran out and ended up using white rice.

The whole pot of soup breaks down to:
143g Carb, 80g Pro, 15g fat, 15g fiber.
By omitting the rice and playing with the corn amount a little, it would be easy to get about a 1:1 ratio of protein to carb and still have a very satisfying meal!

Cycle Notes: Still trying to figure out this libido issue. Maybe test is too low? At 25mg/day that equals 175mg/wk. Before that, I was "cruising" at 250mg/wk and boners a plenty!

I've added T3 in now. I need to focus on losing the body fat. The week of maintenance eating was great. I'll do T3 for a little and then reduce about 10% cals and see what happens

Workout Notes: I'm trying something different. For the last few years, I've been lifting with a fairly regimented program with set weights every day. It has worked well in raising my numbers, but it does not work well while cutting. Due to the nature of a cut and due to the fact that my lifts stall even at maintenance, failing at a prescribed weight can be self destructive. I'm going to lift as I feel like I can. If I can lift heavier that day, I will go for it; if not, I'll adjust. That's what I did today. I felt good so I wrapped the knees and went for a five plate squat. I pushed out two and felt great so I did some back down sets.

Diet Notes: I ran out of time by the end of the day and did not meet my numbers. Oh well, I should actually be happy about it since I am technically supposed to be cutting calories.

Cycle Notes: In hopes of helping my sex drive, I'm bringing my test back up to 250mg/wk. I will also drop aromasin and see how I do with it. This cutting cycle for sure is an experiment for me and I'm still feeling it all out. So far I think it's coming along okay. Not perfect; yet.

Workout Notes: Energy dead at the gym. I did a few sets of OHP and felt crushed so I decided to call it quits and try Shoulders and back tomorrow instead. I threw in some curls since I tend to not do them very often and left the gym.

Diet Notes: My food timing today before working out really threw me off. Since I didn't get much food last night, I was pretty damn hungry this morning. I had a decent breakfast/prewo meal, but had a change of plans and couldn't go to the gym 1.5 hours after eating like I normally do. It was more like 4 hours. Even after eating two bananas and a couple cups of coffee, I had no energy in the gym and it reflected in my workout; hence the change up.

Cycle Notes: My lifting belt has been a little tighter lately. I'm not sure if I'm putting on fat weight or muscle weight. I don't feel like it's fat, but maybe my abdominal and lower erector muscles are adding to the thickness of my core. I don't mind, I just get paranoid.

Workout Notes: I didn't get to go heavier on my OHP due to my tendonitis acting up especially in my left arm. It was so bad that I couldn't close my fist for a good 10-15 minutes without severe pain. It looks like doing curls really adds to the issue. Just that bit of light curling killed my arms today. I don't know if it's due to a lack of consistent biceps work or from just doing them in general.

Diet Notes: I'm slowly lowering my calories for a target of 3100/day. I'm hoping to keep my calories closer to 50g so I can make up for cals in the form of carbs.

Once I've felt out the diet for a little, I'll be adding in clen/ECA to push through this.

I've lowered my B5 dosage to 1g/day now. My skin is ridiculously dry. I think a combination of the B5 and lower fat has killed my skin. It's gotten to the point that any cut or scrapes I get scab over quickly, but open up with any stretch of the skin. I also think this bulk B5 I'm using is way more potent or dosed correctly compared the the NOW brand I was using before.

Cycle Notes: Doing alright. As mentioned before, I'm bring my test levels up just a little to where they were initially during my cruise and have dropped the anti-e. It's been a few days and I functioned better in the sac today, but that could be a placebo. We'll see how it goes in a week. All I know is the great sex drive from before is nowhere near that point right now.
