Diet Notes: Since I'm brining my calories back down, I tried going slightly under my goal of 3100 calories today. I felt like crap if I hadn't just eaten at least 80g of carbs in a sitting. I'm seeming to go hypo pretty easily on tren. I was aiming to eat about 40-50g of carbs per meal a day and spread it out, but it just didn't seem to kick the hunger or the lack of energy until I doubled it.

Cycle Notes: I forgot to mention that the insomnia is a little worse on some nights than others. Just having a hard time keeping asleep for more than 2 hours at a time. No night sweats really except if well over 100g of carbs at bed time. To be honest, the sweating I was expecting to get never really came. Weird thing is I actually feel cooler being on Tren. Normally I run hotter than most. My wife made note of my unusually cooler body temp the other day in bed. Anyone have anything similar or input on such a thing?

Workout Notes: Good Workout today. I felt energized and keyed in. Not the strongest ever, but definitely felt like lifting. Though my upper back and traps were still tired from the other day, I powered through.

Diet Notes: I keyed in on my preworkout nutrition and didn't feel that leg-dragging hypoglycemic feeling I get sometimes. Before the gym I had two smaller meals. One 2 hours before and the other 45 minutes before.

I've decided that instead of drinking my pre and post workout shakes and not enjoying them, I'll make something I can chew on and be totally satisfied.

PreWO Meal 1:
* Wheat Flour - 1/4 c
* Buckwheat Flour - 1/4 c
* Natural Peanut Butter (oil drained) - 1 tbsp
* Honey - 1 tbsp
* Non-fat Milk - 2 cups
* Baking Powder 1 tsp
* Cinnamon - lots

You take the flours, baking powder, cinnamon and add enough milk to make a thick paste (about 1/2 c). Then heat up a non-stick pan and toss it in. Let it cook for a minute then put it under the broiler flame (about 6 inches away from the heat) and let it puff up and cook for a minute. Put on the drained pb and honey and enjoy with the rest of the milk. Delicious and totally satisfying.

PreWO Meal 2
* Pear
* Protein Powder - 1 scoop
* Rolled Oats - 1/2 c
* Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Cinnamon - Lots
* Honey - 1 tbsp

Cook the pear down with some water until you get a nice thick jam-like consistency.
Run your Oats through a grinder/blender to make a course flour. Add all the ingredients together (minus the honey) into a thick paste. Cook like above. Add honey on top once done.

470 Calories, 79 carbs, 32 pro, 5 fat, 11 fiber

PostWO Meal
* Chocolate Casein Protein - 1 scoop
* Rolled Oats - 1/2 c
* Egg Whites - 1/4 c
* Non- Fat Milk - 1.5 c
* Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
* Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp

Same as above. Add just enough of your milk to thin out the paste. I also added baking soda to balance out the cocoa in the chocolate casein powder.

495 Calories, 60g Carb, 52g Pro, 8g fat, 6g fiber

A bit overboard on these delicious cakes, but I couldn't resist since I was so happy with my results. As you can see, I can easily lower carbs, increase protein, play with fats with easy add-in/take outs.

Cycle Notes: Feeling good today. Libido increasing and lots of people took notice of me at the gym today. Kind of odd since it was like a chain reaction. Also, it may be in my head, but I'm getting a lot more glances from strangers across the way when I go places.

Workout Notes: I was a bit tired from the deadlifting session yesterday, but I still pushed through just fine. Good workout.

Diet Notes: Ran out of time for eating today. I was out most of the day and brought with me a high protein bread I made at home to snack on while out. I decided to only eat half and save my calories for something more satisfying when I got home. Hours later I was starving, light headed and ate a quick meal as soon as I got through the door.

Cycle Notes: Feeling good. Dropping caber to the lower end of the dose to 0.5mg/wk to see if it will suffice. Sex drive increasing daily and also feeling better daily. I think I needed a bit more test/ more estrogen in my system.

Done with the Ursodiol. I ran it for two weeks after epi.

Workout Notes: An okay workout. I was a little tired still going in the morning, so I hit my main lifts and pulled some accessory work out. Seeing as how I will be squatting again on Wednesday, I'm fine with the lower workload today.

Diet Notes: I've been trying to keep just south of my target calories per day. I also noticed that the macro numbers on myfitnesspal and the calories don't add up. The calories would technically be higher (usually by about 100-150 cals) if I went by the macros. Must be rounding errors.

Cycle Notes: Doing okay. I may be adding in some mast when it arrives and get some blood work the following week to see where my levels are. Still up in the air, though. Also, I'll be either upping t3 next week or adding in something like eca/clen. That again is dependent on how my bodies does with the lower calories.

Workout Notes: Another good workout. I felt great and looked great. I had been "low" carbing most of the day to save my carb-up for preworkout. The 147g I had an hour and a half before the gym got me filled out well and energized. The three cups of coffee didn't hurt too much either. I hit my goals for the day and was getting noticed, even from my wife, how great I looked. Feels good.

Diet Notes: Keeping on.

Cycle Notes: I've added mast into my stack. I'm going to load up to hopefully get quicker use out of it. My plan of attack is 400mg of Mast E in the first week along with 200mg of mast prop. Next week I'll do 400mg of Mast E and then 100mg of Mast Prop. From then on out it will be 400mg of Mast E/wk. Into week three or so, I'm hoping to get some blood work done to check my hormone levels. I'm still trying to find an alternative to prolactin testing since that seems to bring the blood testing up in costs quite a bit. Any suggestion on how to check it most cost effectively?

Diet Notes: I've been trying to see if I limit my calories and rough it out by the end of my night and time my dinner right at bedtime if I can grunt out lower than target intake. It's rough, but it looks to be okay so far. I think if I time my carbohydrates just right around my workout, it'll be okay.

I was busy all day and had to pack my food to eat on the run. While packing some cashews, I broke down and ate three whole dark chocolate covered cashews. Mind you, what's not a whole lot and it still fits easily into my diet, but I haven't had a "cheat" item the whole way through. It was very satisfying especially since I've been studying all day for an exam.

I'm about to enjoy some lentils cooked with 2 some extra lean turkey breast and lean grass-fed ground beef and some basmati rice. I am very excited about eating this! I forgot how much I love lentils and how satiating they can be. 1/4 dry has 28g carbs, 10g pro, .5 fat and 9g fiber.

Cycle Notes: Tired today, but I think it's a combination of stress from school and lower calories as the day progresses. I did up my intake with some 3 ounces of dried tart cherries and an ounce of dry roasted cashews an hour before my exam. Sure made me feel a hell of a lot better. The two hour feedings I had, mostly fruit and lean meat, really hit me quick and perked me up.

Workout Notes: Great workout with some accessory PRs. I had to cut it a little short today due to time constraints, but overall I'm happy with today's workload.

Diet Notes: The scale at the gym is broken so no weighing myself until it's fixed. I can say that my lever belt is all the way tightened and was a little easier ratcheting down today. Still tight as hell (the way I prefer), but it dug in less and didn't bruise my stomach skin like before.

Cycle Notes: So I'm doing Mast E at 100mg/day for two days, then two off, and then two at 100mg again. I'm also going to be running Mast Prop at 25mg/day until I taper it down by half next week.

Workout Notes: I had another good workout. Intensity felt great. I had good focus. Only downside is I pulled my right oblique muscle doing decline twisting situps. Last time I pulled my left doing wipers. Maybe I'm hitting the rotational stuff a little too much. Either way, it's pretty tender.

Diet Notes: Next week I'll be aiming to keep my calories under 3,000 and also I'll be adding Clen back in.

Cycle Notes: I'm not sure if it's in my head, though I'm the type of person to expect the worse and not the best, but I think the addition of mast has made fill out a little. Not smoother, but a bit harder. Or maybe it's the fat loss. If it makes sense, my excess skin seems more skin like now. It seems like the fat underneath it has lessened and left the skin looser. Maybe I'm heading the right direction and now the skin needs to hopefully rebound with the little bit of subcutaneous fat loss. Either way, my weight hasn't necessarily changed in the grand scheme of things, but I do believe the fat loss is there, though not as much as I would have hoped for.

Workout Notes: Rest and Relaxation.

Diet Notes: I tried two new items today:

1.) Kefir Milk biscuits made with avocado instead of butter.

I now make my own kefir and am working on my own yogurt that I will be straining to make a Greek style (lower carb) yogurt. Anyway. For the biscuits, I tried replacing the butter by weight with avocado. Let me tell you; DELICIOUS. A batch yields 6. Each one breaks down to:

208 Cals, 7g Pro, 39g carbs, 2g fiber, and the kicker 2g fat!

I paired it with an eggwhite scramble with ground turkey tenders and peas for a nice little meal consisting of:

400 Cals, 34g Pro, 55g Carbs, 4g Fat, and 7g Fiber

I'm going to try substituting half the wheat flour with barley in hopes of upping the nutrition. They'll undoubtedly be denser, but the original batch came out pretty light and fluffy.

2.) Amaranth Grain: It's a tiny seed similar to quinoa, but smaller. Tastes great!

3/4 c dry breaks down to:
540 Cals, 21g Pro, 96g Carb, 9g Fat, 21g Fiber

I cooked it and added in with some extra lean ground grass-fed beef, onions, garlic, carrots, some zaatar spice and lots of lime juice. Very satisfying meal:
997 Cals, 72g Pro, 130g Carb, 22g Fat, 26g Fiber

Cycle Notes: I'm now back on clen. I only took 25mcg (ugl) and it gave me the slightest shakes for a few minutes. I had forgotten about it and met up with some associates at a coffee place and had a Large coffee on an empty stomach. My head was killing me!

Workout Notes: Excellent workout today. I'm happy with my lifts. My squat strength is pretty similar to pre cutting. This week is starting off great!

Diet Notes: Diet pretty good today. Felt like my food timing was right and didn't have too much "down" time.

Cycle Notes: Keeping clen low. Might bump it to 50mcg tomorrow. My weight is down today to almost 194 lbs. Not sure if it's a fluke. I'm hoping to see those numbers keep going down. My intermediate goal was to hit 192 lbs by Halloween.

My lifting belt was a little looser today. So maybe the scale is a reflection of more fat loss.

I'm testing out a new preworkout from Performax- FitMax. It's not a stimulant heavy prewo, but I felt it gave me a little pump today. I didn't have my normal banana and coffee as i was warming up as to not inhibit its digestion, but I can say, I didn't miss it. I felt on point. Can't say for sure if it was the prewo or not, but definitely got pumped in the arms and back from just holding my squats. Abs were pretty well engorged as well.

Workout Notes: My workout was okay. I hit my numbers well for OHP, but lost steam soon after. I think it has to do with the current cut of calories and my preworkout meal was more than 3 hours before hitting the weights. I got caught up with some things and had to postpone. Also, broke through my last pair of straps. I need something for heavy shrugs and heavy rack pulls. Anyone suggest a good pair of straps or grips of sorts?

Diet Notes: Keeping my calories lower than my target. I want to get rid of these last few pounds already! That way I can find my maintenance and keep static while teh skin hopefully stretches back to its new environment.

Cycle Notes: Since being on lower calories and using clen and t3, I've been pretty damn flat. Granted, I think my muscles look denser and grainier, but I walk around passing a reflective surface and think, "Bro, do you even lift." I'm looking forward to a cheat meal. Maybe something this weekend. I haven't really had one yet where I eat without regard to my diet whatsoever.

Workout Notes: I hit my band numbers and am satisfied. I wanted to do more arm work, but my left lateral forearm was killing me again. I think it's the In front of neck OHP that's actually killing my arm and not necessarily curling. I think the curls exacerbate it when I do hurt it from OHP. I'm not sure what part of it is killing me. I do them with a thumbless grip, thumbs just on the outside of my delts. Full range of motion from weight on chest to lockout

Diet Notes: I WANT MORE FOOD! I'm keeping my fats low to have wiggle room with carbs and protein. Not sure how long that'll last.

Cycle Notes: I was trying on some clothes today and man are they loose! It's great, but at the same time, I feel so deflated. I know it's part of the game, but it just messes with your head. Nevertheless, I'm keeping on.

Workout Notes: Good workout with solid numbers. I was hoping to do for at least a double on my heavy dead, but I wasn't feeling it. I decided to really push it with my deficit deads. My right lower oblique area is still tender and I couldn't do any specific core work.

Diet Notes: My diet was a bit of an estimation today due to the fact that I was at a wedding. It was a buffet so most of my carbs from mixed fruits (mostly grapes, berries, melons, and pineapple) and salad greens. I wanted to eat some steamed veggies, but they were drowned in fat. My protein came from New York roast. That was a nice treat and fairly lean cuts.

Cycle Notes: Libido still low. I've upped my T3 to 75mcg/day now. I decided if I'm going to do it, a day like today is a good one to start.

Diet Notes: My fiber intake isn't as high as I normally have it due to going to a Japanese place this afternoon. Great food, but low fiber. I kept the foods pretty "clean." A bowl with white rice, mixed seafood and some unagi with sugary sauce.

Cycle Notes: I don't know if it's the additional T3, but my normal dose of 50mcg Clen had me shaking throughout the much of the day. Maybe the T3 adds to its effectiveness? What it did cause was a jumpy needle while injecting today. Needless to say, my deltoid is a bit more sore than usual from the shot.

Workout Notes: Another solid workout. Feeling okay at the gym even with the lower calories lately. I think my nutritional timing and the preworkout are doing me fine.

Workout Notes: Not such a great workout today. I felt tired all day and going into it, not 100%. Not the worse workout, but not the best. I did what I had to keeping in mind that I'm hitting the gym four days straight this week due to going in on Sunday instead of Saturday.

Diet Notes: The lower calories are taking a toll on me. Hopefully my body adjusts to it soon. I've relowered my target calories for the day to 2500. I'll probably try and keep my fats to under 40g for the sake of adding more carbs.

Workout Notes: A quick workout today since tomorrow will be my fourth day in a row. A little better going in. I rather workout first thing in the day so I can utilize my carbs and not have to carry on tired throughout the day hoping to carb up before the gym. It usually doesn't leave me with the energy I would hope for.

Diet Notes: Still keeping it as low as I can tolerate. I'm hungry all the time especially with my T3 dosage up.

Cycle Notes: Libido still out of whack. Sex today wasn't all too great. Weak erection and very short time before climaxing. Something is definitely wrong. I'm aiming to get blood work done next week since that will be my third week into Mast.
