Workout Notes: I really wanted to get my full accessory work in today, but a couple of things happen.
1.) Killed myself with deadlifts - For some reason I did not want to continue with more sets on my working deadlift set so I decided to do a set of 9 reps. They actually were great reps with no grinding, but holy shit was it killer. I then hit 18 reps with the deficit deads and my hamstrings wre on fire.

2.) Tore a callous open. Right above where the ring finger meets the palm I got a huge tear after my 9 rep set. After soaking it with some liquid chalk which hurt more than using antiseptic gel on previous tears, I did my 60% work and my hand was done.
 

Diet Notes: On point.

Workout Notes: I got a lot of volume in again. Felt great. I also am now incorporating some sling shot (red) benches after my max weight lift for the session. I'm doing them at 100% of my 1 rep working max.

I didn't have time to do some pump work a the end and was hoping to, but now I am glad I didn't My pecs are spasming from the workout today. I guess I did more than I realized.
 

Diet Notes: On point.

 

Cycle Notes: Sleep has been quite crappy for the past two weeks or so, especially last night. I just can't get more than a couple of hours at a time and am having a harder time falling back to sleep.

 

Didn't get to do my scheduled pins for today due to my chest spasming from today's workout. No way can I contort myself to do successful pins.

I think any lethargy you have may be from the liver stress of using the grapefruit juice. Also niacin tends to elevate liver vales pretty quickly in most people.

I think you've got something there with the liver stress. When I ran epi before ever hoping on to the dark side, I didn't have as pronounced issues, but now that I think of it, it's only recently that I tried the grapefruit thing and the issues seemed to have coincided with that.

What's your take on adrenal fatigue? Lately I've been feeling "bleh," but it probably has a lot to do with unideal sleeping. Could it stem from fatigue from prolonged tren use?

Also thinking of lowering my aromasin dose now to 25mg e3d and hoping on Proviron at 50mg/day. I think DHT treats me well, at least when I ran Mast, so maybe it'll help brighten things up? I have mast e, but I really just don't want any more oil in me. It's almost to the point to where I should just stick to short esters due to so much pinning.

I know some like t3 at 25mcg/day to help with this. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Workout Notes: I was really not feeling it today, but I push through and again did an extended set to save on doing another set. I got 6 reps on my last heavy squat. Also, I had to leave before hitting the leg press, so I returned a few hours later and demolished my legs!

 

Diet Notes: My weight has been stagnant. I haven't been hitting my calories as I would like so my weekly averages have been much lower than anticipated so I went a little extra today.

 

Cycle Notes: As weird as it sounds, I've been looking too dry lately. I am in need of some of that water that deca is supposed to bring in my joints. I've been pounding out the sets and my elbows need the cushioning. I'm going to change my aromasin dosing from 25mg eod to e3d. Also I'll be adding in Proviron for a couple of reasons:
1.) Help limit ai use
2.) Kick some of this fatigue out a bit (Tren may have me fried since I've been running it so long)
3.) Hopefully better sleep and better sense of well being.

 

I'll take any and all input on the above posted!

Yea I ran into some of the fatigue stuff when I used grapefruit juice with orals.

Adrenal fatigue is definitely an issue for people who lift heavy and/or train with a really high intensity. I had some issues with it earlier this year when I was really going heavy on lifts a lot and a friend I have that powerlifts has had some major issues with it.

The best thing I've found honestly is just more rest. I don't like taking off days but I've moved to lifting 4-5 days a week instead of 5-6 and generally keep my workouts shorter but more intense, less rest between sets, etc. and I think it's made a big difference for me in terms of recovery and growth and the way I feel in general.

I wouldn't rule out some of the issues coming from prolonged tren use though.

Licorice root extract and astragalus is good for nourishing the adrenals and breaking some fatigue issues. suma extract, reishi and cordyceps extract are also good for this.

Workout Notes: I was this [---} close to not going again. Feeling burned out. As the weights felt tiresome in a bad way and my mood in the gym has changed from anticipation to push more to anticipation of ending as soon as possible; I think I may need a deload week. I've spent the last few months progressively increasing weight and volume without much of any rest or deload. I'm going to continue to push through this week, but signs are pointing to a full deload in my near future. Especially with hitting 95%+ now, I need to feel fresh and excited to hit these weights as I progress to the over reaching block.

 

I did a little variance today and did some sumo squats to target my quads. Definitely need more quad work.
