Alright, you fuckers. So I spent most of 2013 going completely backwards because I am a weak fuck, come to find out. I'd like to sit here and make excuses all day, but I don't have a legit excuse, I'm just a phaggot.

Log is titled "Becoming the Hulk" for several reasons. A.) When I was at my biggest, half of my social circle called me The Hulk (I'm only 5'10", but I was living in Jersey at the time and was the tallest person within 100 miles) or "MegaTron" (again, I was very large to everyone else, you see). B.) I'd like to make a joke about injecting Super Soldier Serum, as I'll be running some gear, here, but Daniel already took the whole Captain America thing in his last log and C.) Since Daniel took the Captain America thing, we may as well get an Avengers-type situation going. I don't want to be Thor, because he is blonde, and none of my friends ever called me that.

Alright, I woke up and popped:
.
25mg Ephedrine (first of three doses)
200mg Caffeine (first of three doses)
75mcg T3

And did 45 minutes fasted cardio on the elliptical.

I won't be lifting fasted, as it's just time for a change. I've been doing IF and lifting fasted for over a year. I'll still be doing IF, but I'll break the fast before I lift. Here's today's diet, all locked and loaded and ready to go, no way I can fuck this up.

Well today was the day the college weight room opened back up. I went to pay my dues for another semester and the guy didn't even see my in the computer as having ever attended or planning to attend in the upcoming semester. Needless to say, I had to make an appointment to talk to someone about this fuck-up. I have an appointment at 8:00a.m. tomorrow. Wasn't granted access to the weight room, the guy gave me my money and told me to come back once it's all straightened-out. So I guess that means I'll be doubling-up on lifting tomorrow. Don't care. I got 45 minutes of good, fasted cardio in this morning. Diet is tight. Baby steps. Tomorrow will be Legs + Shoulders and cardio.

You should turn spell correct on when making new log thread titles, but nonetheless i will be seeing if you got what it takes to get back to square one
