Personal goals is to get fuckin huge, within reason, while staying mostly lean mass. Gonna probably be getting sick here shortly after stoppin the smokes, so first three to four weeks will probably be nothing but running, with a little bit of lifting thrown in.

Currently running Test E @ 600 with EQ @ 600 weekly, will adjust that as I see fit, after four weeks the plan is to hop on some SDMZ 2.0 2 caps daily with a cap of Anadrol 50mg tossed in the middle at lunchtime to get as much mass and soft-tissue recovery from a drug-idled history as possible.

Supports will probably just be food, water, milk and Flex Rx from Iron Mag Labs to beef up bone density and strengthen teeth (got a fuckin sweet tooth from childhood which needs to be put under control) More info on that in this link;

Also will be running some Iron Mag Labs Advanced Cycle Support when I start the orals, once I get hands on some funds to order it, all in the works for the near future

Will post very sad starting pictures in the next few days if I remember, and then we'll go from there.... if I can actually keep up the personal space to update as I go along, am hoping for one of those magical transformations that people occasionally see where motherfuckers blow up over 5 months time to twice the size and become professional bodybuilders... except without the stage light and the competition, doing this purely for personal health and the shits and giggles with the fellas

Breakfast was four scrambled eggs with some diced up sausages, a glass of milk, and some Pryaniki (Russian/Ukranian honey glazed cookies, good for carbs depending on the brand... rye dough based is probably the best for carb content)

Fine on occasion, but will eat em up sparingly cuz of the sugar content from the honey glaze. Toaster Strudels without glaze are a good alternative, and fresh fruits, pineapple especially.

Haven't been this psyched in a long time, gonna chase breakfast with some testosterone, a nap, and mayhaps a jog down the road :steroidsbad:

Current stats as of this morning 176lbs, 5'10'' about 12% bodyfat. Recovering from several injuries, some stemming back a couple of years (had a rough stretch of physical stress from military service in the recent past) nothing that can't be healed with the right drugs and some iron will tho. Welcome aboard fellas; if it helps you can watch the videos with ur eyes closed, or dim the monitor ^_^ good info in a lot of them tho, you guys are welcome to use whatever you feel is applicable to personal specifics, I'll post as much out as I got when I can and if it helps someone else then I've done more than I'd hoped for

Lunch was a 3oz slab of smoked salmon, a fresh pear, and 4 eggo buttermilk waffles, plain. Not sure on the macros, nor am I really sure that it matters much; everybody appropriates macros differently depending on personal physiology and personal metabolism and energy expenditure (daily work/exercise) so me posting 40/35/25 isn't going to help anybody; everybody's gotta figure out what specifically works best for them and their own personal physiology

Another important thing to consider which is absolutely vital in every way to any form of sports, athletics, and life in general is proper breathing;


Oxygen is the source of life, and is necessary for optimal health, set performance, and recovery. Deep, conscious, relaxed and natural breathing rhythm synched with exercise routines (whether it be balls to the wall sets, running, swimming, or any other activity you do) is needed for optimal blood oxygen exchange for the body/brain and provides full clarity, focus, precision, and best performance in any exercise routine and athletic activity.

So, it's important to synch the ingoing and outgoing breathing with whatever it is that you're doing in the daily life for the most natural and optimal physical and mental performance possible (within reasonable biological limits, if you get light headed in a bad way to the point where it hinders performance then obviously you're doing it wrong)

Water is also absolutely essential to the game; Proper hydration keeps the cellular exchange functioning at optimal levels, needed for absolutely every bodily function for optimal growth and recovery, as well as basic hydration within the exercise performance; the body needs water simple as that. Let the thirst dictate your intake, and if the piss is yellow drink more water. Absolutely vital for proper organ function, don't fuck your kidneys up with too many drugs and not enough water. It's YOUR health, respect your body, love it, listen to it, and you simply can't go wrong
