yeah weekends will probably start being dirty again since its summer time. aint got time to be packing meals

Hopefully. Alittle disappointed though. The near by lake beach that I spent alot of time at this past summer is fucked due to past droughts and then a sudden rise in water levels that I will have to drive twice as far to get my sun time in. But in all seriousness I could stick with the diet on the weekends if I wanted to but hell fuck that.

I logged it for them back in august of last year and didnt really appreciate the effects as much as I should have. I was coming off a calorie defecit and started just eating everything in site while i took it. Stayed lean and filled out alot.

Not sure yet. Today I have my macros set up for like 230p/320c/60f and plan on doing that all week. After doing the carb depleting thing and carb up I just looked stringy. Alot leaner and drier but in pics I just look too sexy I guess. Its hard to find a happy medium of size and definition for me. When I went out I did get alot of compliements on my size even wearing a shirt so I guess thats a good thing. Weight is like 226 right now upon waking.

So answer the question I most likely will just continue trying to eat clean 5-6 days a week and tinker with carb and protein intake untill i find something that makes me happy.
