Not sure yet. Today I have my macros set up for like 230p/320c/60f and plan on doing that all week. After doing the carb depleting thing and carb up I just looked stringy. Alot leaner and drier but in pics I just look too sexy I guess. Its hard to find a happy medium of size and definition for me. When I went out I did get alot of compliements on my size even wearing a shirt so I guess thats a good thing. Weight is like 226 right now upon waking.

So answer the question I most likely will just continue trying to eat clean 5-6 days a week and tinker with carb and protein intake untill i find something that makes me happy.

Actually all my shirt fit the same but in pics I am just looking alot smaller. I tell people I weigh 225 at the gym and they think im lying so thats good.

Haha haven't heard sMEATium before. I have to go between XL and XXL depending on company. LRG is the only company where a XL fits and is actually long enough, instead of being a belly shirt for me lol. Lying as in think you way more?

yeah, which usually when im over 240 everyone thinks im 225 anyway lol.

yeah I cant buy any thing in L and if i shrink a XL its too short and xxl's are just too big in the waist make me look like i have a 40 inch waist

naw momma had some left over brownies Friday when I went and seen her after my Triple Cheeseburger. Then my GF text me during workout last night. Made a scene at the gym, nukka was all like "FUCK YEAH!!!". Every like "wut?". Me just like " GF making BROWNIES NUKKAZ!!" :fukinskanks:

I'm sure I could have done more but I'm always trying to preserve as much muscle as possible. Pretty happy with my results so far. I think I can get leaner and maybe but on dome more quality mass over the next few months if I keep going the way I have been.
