Well broke my phone in the gym today.

 

Diet and supplements were the same as they have been.

 

Workout was chest & triceps

 

Started with dumbbell incline flies. did 5 warmups and then my last 3 sets were all for 12 reps. 45, 50 & 55 pounds.

 

Then I moved on to dumbbell incline press and did 2 light sets and 4 working sets. Working sets were 85's & 90's for 12 reps each. Then I hit 100's for 11, this was the set I actually broke my phone on lol. Then I finished with the 110's for 9 reps. Great control on all sets.

 

Next was flat barbell press. Didnt go as heavy as I would was hoping for but didnt want to just be moving weight. Wanted the chest to the majority of the work. did one feeder set of 225 for 8 reps and the moved on to my working sets. Used 275 and got 10, 9 & 8 on each of these working sets.

 

Finished chest with chest with FST-7 style cable flies did 8-12 reps on weights from 50 pounds to 80 pounds.

 

Next was triceps. Did a simple 3 sets of 12 reps with 35 pund dumbbells and then moved on to single arm pressdowns. i did these in fst-7 style and did 8-12 reps using weights from 25 to 55 lbs. great pump after that.

 

felt big postworkout. after my post workout shake I weighed in at 246.2 lbs. Most I have seen on the scale in a long time. My night time and morning weights are 10 lbs. apart right now lol. Probably due to all the water I drink now a days.

Diet was the same as most rest days but I did have me a sweet tea.

 

Today is arms and shoulders.
