Introduction:

Really appreciate chez and Iron Mag Labs letting me log this product. I have actually ran before and really excited this go around because I know what to expect, especially knowing that my eating habits are waaaaay better than the last time.


Dosing:

I will be taking 1 cap cap three times daily. If I have no issues I may try picking up another bottle :)


Diet:

Mt diet pretty much consists of egg whites, low fat chocolate milk, oats, chicken, rice and lately some night time sweet while still stay at maintence or in a defecit on most days. Macros for the past week have basically been averaging. 240 p/ 525 c / 75 f which is a rough estimate cause I dont want to do all the math right now. Plan is to keep at this and on the last week of so of the log I will do a carb depletion and carb up.

Lifting:

Pretty much do a 5 day rotation of...

Chest
Shoulders & Biceps
Legs
Triceps, Forearms & Abs
Back
Repeat

... rest days lately have been when a leg day falls on a weekend.

Cardio:

bwhahahahahahahahahah. Naw nukka. This year is the least amount of cardio I have ever done.

Do you have a desk job? How long does it take you to complete your workouts.

 Yeah I have a desk job. Workouts take only a little over an hour if I train only Usually 2-3 days aweek but if I have training partners It can take 2 hours almost. At times I will have three people lifting with me. Yesterdays back workout I had two guys lifting and it took about an hour an 45 minutes.

Wow.  Your metabolism must be pretty high to eat that many calories and still be in deficit

When I really got my tracking of calories down I realized just to maintain my body weight with just working a desck job I need to eat basically 3000 cals. Factor in my too long lifting sessions I barelly get close to maintance right now during the work week.
