Thanx for the compliments but i dont eat like that all the time. I have my spurts where I eat real clean all day, then I eat clean during the day pig out at night and sometimes like yesterday.... burga burga burga burga bur bur bur coooooffffeeeeee

Just don't buy fruit but I do like all fruits. Vitamin c is usually taken for my immune system.

Man I would have trouble without fruit, like I am now no fruit in diet just greens basically.  But when I am eating to grow shit its nothing to eat 3 bananas, few apples, and any other misc fruit that was on sale, everyday.  Plus lots of dem dere taters and sweet taters.

Yeah usually never takes that long when I lift by myself but everything after the DB shrugs was extra credit lol.
