sup brahs. huge thanks to Chez and the rest of the IML crew for letting me log this product. ive always had an interest in epi for is supposed fat loss properties and i need it now more than ever. i fucked up my back labor day 2013 and it still isnt 100%. that being said, i will commence my CUBE cycle for the duration of the summer. 

 

 

i have no idea what to expect from this product, so i will report things as i go along.

Bet your ass I'm following. Very excited to see what Gridman will do through this. Epi + tren= lean tight Gridy would be my guess.
What kind of diet you following lately?

good to have you all in the log. as far as diet, its been a bit sloppy, but im working on cleaning it up. no set diet yet, but im just trying to cut out as much junk as possible.

Day 1 5/27/14

 

first day of epitren. 20mgs went down the hatch 2 hours before my workout. had a pretty good workout, but the floor presses were bothering my biceps tendons.. that means they are getting axed for a while.

 

Cube Week 1, Heavy Bench

A) Floor Press

1x295lbs, 5 sets of 2, 245lbs

 

:cool: BB Incline Bench

3 sets AMAP 185lbs, 12,10,6, dropset 8x135lbs

 

C) Machine Incline Press

3 sets of 12, 200lbs

 

D) Cable Crossover

3 sets of 12, 60lbs/side

 

E) 1 Arm Machine Lateral Raise

5 sets of 15, 50lbs

 

F) Rear DB Lateral Raise

3 sets AMAP 20lb DBs

 

G) 1 Arm Overhead Extension

3 sets AMAP 25lb DB

 

H) Triceps Pushdown

4 sets AMAP

 

I) KB Shrugs

3 sets AMAP 

 

came home, took 100mcgs clen and did 30 minutes of cardio.

thanks brah. triceps were cramping for 8 hours straight... no lie.. easily drank 3 gallons of water, but the cramps were killing me.
