thanks brah. triceps were cramping for 8 hours straight... no lie.. easily drank 3 gallons of water, but the cramps were killing me.

triceps always cramp following a press workout, but yesterday was downright brutal. 

 

 

 

fuck that lol

triceps are sore as hell today lol. not sure if its a result of the training or the suicidal cramps

I know I've said it before, but I fucking hate clen ...I only had one severe abdominal cramp while overhead pressing while on clen, but the shakes ...fuck all that.  Oh and fuck the 'I'm speeding my  balls off' feeling too.

I don't know how guys run clen as high as they do... the one time I ran it I think I got as high as 90-110mcg n was dying with sides, stiff neck, cramping muscles and bp headaches like crazy... n the half life made it take FOREVER to subside... I did think it was quite possibly over dosed from other reports... can't remember the name of the rc company now, it was the old one LMR ran back when I was with IBE.

had an abdominal cramp while driving and i thought it was a hernia lololol

definitely bringing down the clen to 80mcg or possibly lower for the duration of the cycle. yesterday's bp spike was retarded... couldnt breathe without sounding like a tub of lard.

Deadlift Reps

 

back held up for deadlifts. had a great workout today. sipped on gatorade intraworkout to finish out strong. 30 minutes of cardio post workout after taking 80mcg clen.

 

A) Wide Grip Pull Up

3 sets AMAP bodyweight, 10,7,6

 

B) Sumo Deadlift

8+285lbs, 8 reps

 

C) 4 Inch Block Deadlift (conventional)

2 sets of 3, 315lbs, 2x315lbs off floor

 

D) Snatch Grip High Pull

4 sets of 8, 80kgs

 

E) Yates Row

3 sets of 10, 85kgs

 

F) Hammer Strength Low Row

4 sets of 12, 2 plates/side

 

G) Leg Press Calf Raise

3 sets AMAP 4 plates/side

 

H) Machine Preacher Curl

3 sets AMAP 80lbs

 

I) Seated Hammer Curl

3 sets of 10, 25lb DBs

had a drink last night and ate some shitty food. needless to say, gym performance wasnt at its peak, but i still had a great session.

 

A) Standing Calf Raise

3 sets AMAP 220lbs

 

B) Axle OHP Rest Pause

Im not one for fasted cardio, I do fast tho.  Like this morning for all the shitty eating I did this weekend, I will simply drink water all day and clean the house do laundry and shit until I cant take the hunger anymore.  Makes me sleep better at night haha.

thanks brahs. i think the epitren is starting to kick in.. woke up at 231lbs but i looked like i was 225ish.. starting to look thicker in general as well. cant wait. may even buy another bottle and extend the cycle depending on how well this shit goes.

Squat Heavy

 

first squat workout in about 2 months. legs are dead and there is zero chance in hell im doing cardio today.

 

A) Standing Calf Raise

3 sets AMAP 230lbs, triple dropset

 

B) Oly Squat

5 sets of 2, 325lbs

 

C1) GHR Sit Up

3 sets of 15, bodyweight

 

C2) Oly Squat

3 sets of 8, 225lbs

 

D) Seated Leg Curl

3 sets of 12, 100lbs

E) Hack Squat (heels 6 inches apart)

3 sets of 20, 1 plate/side---> brutal

 

F) BB Curl

3 sets AMAP 75lbs

 

G) Machine Preacher Curl: bottom half range of motion only

3 sets AMAP 70lbs

 

H1) Behind the Back Wrist Cur

3 sets AMAP 135lbs

 

H2) Hammer Curl

3 sets AMAP 25lb DBs

 

I) BB Reverse Curl

2 sets AMAP 45lb BB

 

done. legs are absolutely fried and i have no idea how i am going to bench tomorrow. feels good man...

Smashing legs is a bittersweet feeling...your like ohhh yeah what an awesome workout until you have to climb stairs, walk to bathroom, squat to shit , etc

Day 7 6/3/2014

 

Bench Reps

 

biceps tendons are kinda hot right now... very aggravating but what can you do besides back off and train smart? dont want to injure myself, especially on cycle. got ice and joint force on hand and will be upping my fish oil intake. still a good workout nonetheless.

 

A) Incline Bench Press

8+215lbs, 10 reps, 3 sets of 10, 135lbs, 45 seconds rest. each rep including my main working set was done with a 3 second tempo. instead of pumping out fast reps, im gonna take things slow from here on out.

 

B)  Pause Bench Press (this is where the tendons were hot. me thinks full range of motion isnt helping so all pause reps will be done 2 inches off chest for the time being)

3 sets of 3, 225lbs

 

C) Incline DB Pres

3 sets of 15, 60lb DBs

 

D) Snatch Grip High Pul

3 sets of 4, 90kgs

 

E) Behind the Back Shrug

3 sets of 15, 70kgs

 

F) Cable Crossover

4 sets AMAP 60lbs/side

 

still a good workout.

I think this is the same issue I have gridybrah. I stopped icing when I have a flare up. Seems to take longer to heal when i do that. I guess it makes it tighter. Does yours feel like you have the most painful pump ever?
