Nothing really, listening to your body is the best thing you can do for it.

I think this is the same issue I have gridybrah. I stopped icing when I have a flare up. Seems to take longer to heal when i do that. I guess it makes it tighter. Does yours feel like you have the most painful pump ever?

mine just feels like its hot.. almost like tendinitis. it hurts a bit when i flex my biceps, but nothing when flexing the triceps.

It does suck balls. i have a sore ligament or tendon just under my left clavicle, whenever i do heavy flys it flares up like a sunofabitch. Damn body parts tryin to rob my gains! Your doin the right thing though.

How do you like them behind the back shrugs. I can't figure why the hell I've never tried them. Target the traps differently, does it?

i feel it hits the lower traps hard. most gym bros are top heavy when it comes to traps because they shrug so damn much. behind the back is a supplementary exercise following the high pulls.

Day 9 6/5/2014

 

shitty ass deadlift workout because of massive back pumps, but an awesome back workout.me thinks the back pumps werent from the epitren but sitting in an awkward position and heavy work prior to training. 

 

Deadlift Speed

 

A) Sumo Speed Pull

8 sets of 3, 245lbs---> barely made it through

 

B) 4 Inch Block Pull

3 sets of 10, 1 set of 5, 225lbs---> supposed to be sets of 20... LOL FUCK THAT.

 

C) Chest Supported DB Row (dead stop each rep)

5 sets of 12, 75lb DBs

 

D) Hammer Strength Low Row

3 sets of 10, 2 plates+25lbs/side, double dropset 10x2 plates/side, 10x1 plate/side

 

E) Straight Arm Lat Pulldown

3 sets of 20, 90lbs

 

F) Cable Curl

2 sets AMAP 100lbs

good shit today. kinda fucked up my left hand, but there is no pain. we shall see how it feels comes tuesday...

Day 12 6/8/2014

 

35 minutes of fasted cardio. pics taken upon waking to a bodyweight of 235lbs... weight is up 6 to 7 pounds since beginning this cycle...

 

glad i have a semblance of a waist this heavy. shit is working.

6 - 9 caps is the sweet spot imho, particularly for gettin the tren kick
