Like the DB Kickbacks as well, I feel personally they are more beneficial than rope cable pushdowns for hitting my triceps.

I pull off the machine really far so the machine is almost 10ft away and the cable is more lateral than vertical then tuck my elbows hard to my side to isolate my tri's and eliminate "pressing" the rope pulldown with my chest.

But I do like dbkick backs too. Prob need to reincorperate these into my routine.

Oh btdubs, we have single ropes in my gym so those pull downs are done one side at a time, also helps eliminate pressing the rope pulldown.

dumbbell kickbacks are really therapeutic for my elbows. i normally do triceps pushdowns with a straight bar or ^ bar, but the ropes feel good as well.

definitely feeling stronger and looking bigger. my weight is around 238-240lbs. diet has been rough and cardio has been endangered, but i began tightening up my shit yesterday and plan on dropping a few lbs of bodyfat along the way. appetite was raging until i began my EC+alpha t2 stack yesterday. had to force myself to eat. waking up with an ICBM every morning and wanting to hump any decent looking woman is a plus.

final weight was 238lbs for a net gain of around 10-12lbs give or take. twas leaner yesterday morning, but didnt have time to post pics. here is my final review.

Strength

i hit several lifetime PRs on the bench and overhead press, my weakest lifts.. all in 4 weeks. need i say more?

10/10

Muscle

i gained around 10-12lbs during my 4 week cycle and while i put on a decent amount of fat, i definitely put on more muscle. looking thicker all around: traps, lats, spinal erectors, arms, delts, etc... just looking bigger and wider.

10/10

Vascularity

epitren definitely brought out the vascularity. my biceps and forearms were poppin everytime i trained, regardless of which bodypart got hit. biceps veins were looking thick and juicy. i think vascularity would have been more prominent if i was leaner, but i was seeing good veinage.

8/10

Thermogenic

i ate like shit and didnt do much cardio and still didnt put on as much fat as i would have had i stayed natty.... enough said.

9/10

the following scores are not meant to be high, but will happen inevitably with designer steroids...

Lethargy

lethargy started coming on strong around week 3 and looks like its here to stay. generally tired all around.

8/10

Blood Pressure

its up.

9/10

Back Pumps

definitely there and its pretty damn annoying

10/10

overall, epitren is an excellent product. sweet spot is definitely 4 caps per day, but i would imagine the experienced users could push 6 caps for upto 6 weeks.....huge thanks to chez and IML for letting me log this awesome product!
