Hey yall! Thanks so much to chez and IML for the oppurtunity to log Epi-Tren. I have ran phf supps epi and ceitren in the past with fairly good results. I have also ran real tren ace several times.
I am currenlty cruising on 375 test e per week.
I am trying to basically recomp some. I eat fairly clean, mostly nuts and fruit for breakfast, tuna and plain porkrinds for lunch, and chicken, turkey or salmon and veggies for lunch. I try to snack on fruits and nuts and I have a weakness for peanut butter and I probably drink too much milk.
This morning I weighed in at 192 and I am 5'10", 38 years young
I workout 5 days per week, usually hitting chest twice per week and alternating either legs or back twice per week as well.
I don't do much cardio.
I took my first dose today, morning noon and night.
And I hit up some back work, this was my second back day this week.

at this point I was pretty much done but I threw in some dips because my buddy was on the machine next to the dip station and I was jabbering with him.
