What's up fellas. Short and simple. I hate tracking my food intake. But trying to make up for lost time in the gym and eating properly, I gained a lot of fat. I was in the hospital last year. Had endoscopic something something surgery to remove a tumor. Lost like 8 months of gym time and eating proper food. Gained quite a bit of fat.

I'm guessing I'm 25% body fat right now at only 215. Lol.

I've lost 16 lbs so far by not tracking anything and doing no cardio but I've stalled so I need to start somewhere and I'd rather track calories than do cardio. Lmao I'm so lazy.

Strength is not where it was. Muscle size had definitely been lost so let's see if I can become respectable by labor day shall we?

If I figure out how to upload pics I will take them and put them up cuz I'm sure some of you are chubby chasers (cough pzt cough).
Any ideas or critiques I'm open to and so it begins.

So I don't have the totals for yesterday. Just downloaded my net diary this morning but here's what I ate yesterday anyway
6/3/14

9am
1 can of tuna in water
1 serving of mayo

12 pm
1 can of tuna in water
1 serving general tsao sauce

2 pm
1 Baja mt dew

6 pm
Went to Champs. Not sure how to get accurate calories for when I go out but
1 chicken cordon blue sandwich
1 order of onion rings with their signature champs sauce

11 PM
1 half of a grilled ham and cheese sandwich from Champs (the gf's leftovers)

The lighting in my bathroom sucks donkey balls. I'll try to get some pics up soon.  

So......I need more protein.  Right now I'm sitting at 118.5 grams of protein for the day

Trying to decide how I should eat on my days off from the gym.  I have been just eating pretty much the same as if it were a workout day.

I seem like such a newb right now and I feel like I actually know what to do and how to do it but just like hearing others opinions.  What I've been doing is working but I'd like to get serious.  I've got a lot of ground to make up and I'm not going to be one of those guys that is always cutting.

It's just a huge trial and error proccess.. It took me forever to figure out my body loses weight better with higher healthy fats and lower carbs

So. .... run the osta at 9 caps a day,  the Epi at 5 caps,  SDMZ 3.0 at 2, and the dragon sd at 2?
