I'm old so it seems like weight stays on unless I cardio frequently. I'm on the same diet I was and I'm up 13 lbs from those pics. Most is water but I can see it in my gut.

Great pump this morning. Started in on some Noxygen again. Weight kinda staying the same but i was in ketosis yesterday. I'm so happy to be pushing weight again. My body wants me just to eat and eat but I'm holding strong.

I'm going in at about 6 am now, before work, and my PRE nutrition is 50g karbolyn and 25g whey, and post is a massive surplus of higher gi carbs (200g+ often) with another 60g whey..

theeeen about 90m later my first actual meal, seems to working well for me.

 

and lookin good man, it's nice going heavy, I JUST started going to a gym again after training at home for 2y, all those big ass 150lb dumbbells and spotters everywhere for dangerous lifts.

it's niceeeeeee.

Im only 6'1". Just finished a cut so my strength is just now coming back. What are you trying to say?
