Hey guys, I'll be continuing my work over in this log. It'll run for however long I see fit, but prolly until about August. Summer plan is as follows:
Now-Aug 1st ish: slowly increase calories to bring BMR back up while hopefully adding a decent amount of mass (goal is something like 175lbs 10% bf)
Aug 1st - Sept 30th ish: cut back down to 7-8% bf, slowly taking cals back down
There'll be some interesting stuff going on in this log, I promise. For starters this is going to be my first time "bulking" on AAS, so I'll get to play around with doses, probably will do some EQ, etc. Also I will mention that the nice guys at Nimbus Nutrition have hooked me up with two bottles of Cadence. I will be logging results mainly in the form of bloodwork (which will come next post).
Other than that I will be posting any changes in diet, training or supplements. Hopefully, foodpornz as well.
