Alright everyone, last night had to buy one more container of TUDCA for my stock.  I just got bloods this morning, since May 5th I've been cruising at 250mg Test-E split into two pins (125mg Monday and 125mg Thursday).  For my AI I've been using Aromasin at 10mg EOD, sometimes it will vary down to 6.25mg and up towards 12.5mg.  I will post bloods in here once I get them, rule of thumb this for every 100mg injected your blood reading should be 1000 ng / dl.  I didn't get the accturate reading because I was short onc cash so for now all I'm looing for is a > then 1,500 ng per dl.  In a few weeks I'll get the high sensitive T reading for $55.  The one I got this morning will give me all my other readings that I will need.  I will post my blood results when then come in.

Full Cycle Layout:

 

What I'm running:

Weeks 1-4 OR 1-6: Msten at 20-30mg ED, DMZ at 30-45mg ED

Weeks 1-17: Test-E at 250-300 EW

Weeks 1-15 OR 1-17: EQ started at 600mg EW for weeks 1-4, then bumped up to 900mg EW for weeks 5-11, then 1,200mg EW for weeks 12-17

Weeks 1-12: Tren-E started at 400mg EW for weeks 1-4, then bumped up to 600mg EW for weeks 5-12.

Weeks 1-15 OR 1-17: Deca at either 125mg / 150mg / 250mg or 300mg (for joints) EW

Weeks 10-17: Anavar at 100mg ED

Weeks 12-17: **Mast prop at 300-400mg EW**

 

**Possible Option**

 

Any other inputs, was thinking HGH; but I'm going to hold off on that for now.  I will possibly add peptides later down the road but I think this cycle should be sufficient, yes no? Opinions?

 

What I have on hand right now:

 

70ml Tren-E 200

50ml EQ 300

20ml EQ 400

23ml Deca 300

30ml Deca 250

60ml Test-E 300

50ml Test-e 250

35ml Letro 2.5

35ml Cialis 25

35ml Aromasin 25

I feel that I am pretty flexible with my doses due to my stock.  I also have 40ml Mast-P 100 on my next order.

Results Are In:

 

Total testing running 250-300mg test-e a week.  Results are not good, only 1296 ng/dl

Estrogen running 10mg aromasin EOD.  Results are good 23.7

ALT is high - 51, range is 0-44

Bun is high - 22, range is 6-20

Monocytes are high - 13%, range is 4-12%

RDW is high - 19.2%, range is 12.3 to 15.4% (could be vitamin b12 deficiency)

RBC is high - 6.05, range is 4.14-5.80

You know Im always following along man haha looks like this will be a good run. Interested to see how you like the tren E. I tried it a few times but always end up back on ace.

 

honestly, bold is probably one of my favorite compounds and probably my favorite inject next to tren. Anavar takes the win on orals but this offseason I will probably only be using test/bold because its so much leaner than the deca/dbol stuff you see a lot.

 

Will be following along. Kill it!

Interesting aspect...I could stick with my original plan and include 200-300mg of mast-e every week on top of everything else.  That is also another thought.

Ordered 30ml test-e.  Need to get another 150 anavar, going to run that at 100mg ED for 8 weeks, I've only ever done 60mg so I've heard 100mg is down right amazing!!  Looking forward to this run, Might hold out on tren for the first few weeks.  Excited to add the mast in there at the end.

#1:  T-Bar row (plate loaded): 2 plate x 15, 3 plate x 15, 3 plate x 15, 3 plate and 25 x 12, 4 plate x 12, 2 plate x 20

#2: Cable pull down normal grip semi wide: 140 x 12, 140 x 15, 160 x 12, 120 x 20

#3: Lat Pull Kneeling Pull over: 160 x 15, 160 x 15, 170 x 12, 180 x 12, 130 x 20

#4:  Dual Single Hand Middle Back Leaning Back Squeeze:  140 x 15, 140 x 15, 150 x 15

#5:  Cable Row Triangle Bar: 140 x 12, 160 x 12, 170 x 12, 120 x 20

#6:  Pre-Loaded weight bar underhand grip rows to waist bent over: 110 x 15, 110 x 15 (heaviest pre-loaded bar they had)

 

Light biceps:

 

#1:  21's on bicep curl machine: 70 x 21, 70 x 21, 70 x 21

Lower Body, Abs, Calves:

 

Lower Body:

 

- Inverted hip sled medium stance to hit tear drop:  5 plate each side x 15, 6 plate each side x 15, 7 plate each side x 15, 8 plate each side x 12, 9 plate each side x 12, 6 plate x 15, 4 plate x 20 (last two reps MTUT Dennis James Style)

- Single Leg Curl Machine (lean to side that leg is being curled to): Right Side was 60 x 15, 60 x 15, 70 x 8, 40 x 20 (MTUT last 2 reps); Left Side was 60 x 15, 60 x 15, 70 x 8, 40 x 20 (MTUT last 2 reps)

- Inner Leg Squat Machine:  Narrow Stance (270 x 15, 300 x 15, 330 x 15) - MTUT reps

- Laying Down Leg Curl (Inner ankle placement and out ankle placement): Inner (75 x 12, 75 x 12, 50 x 20 - 2 MTUT reps), Outer (75 X 15, 75 X 12, 50 X 20 - 2 MTUT reps)

- Leg Ext: 140 x 15 MTUT, 140 x 15 MTUT, 120 x 20 MTUT

- Body Weight Lungs: 30 reps each side, 30 reps each side

 

Calves:

 

Icarian Squat Machine: 2 plate each side by 21's (7 straight, 7 outward, 7 inward - toes pointing; did 4 rounds of 21's)

 

Abs:

 

Rope Ab: 140 x 15, 140 x 140 x 15

Free Weight Bench leg crunches : BW x 3 sets of 15-20 reps.

I've been doing the same "refeed" by hitting muslces of previuos day with light weight high rep 1 or 2 sets - to do exactly what you are talking about - getting blood pumped back into those areas in hopes of not breaking down the muscle, but to get blood into muscle and feed.  Love the idea

Ya bro it really was an idea I came up with concering my arms are lacking.  Real light like 60-80lbs on rope tricep standing extension, or cable machine bicep curl at 30lbs.  Real light hold and squeeze 2 sets of about 15 reps each.

250mg test-e a week currently.  This cycle starts on the 28th of July or August 4th, stock piling more at the moment.  Finally finished my last summer class at college so now all I'm having to do is work and train and personal train.  Rather then work, classes, my own training then personal training.

Feeling awesome, gains are coming on nice and steady even on a cruise.  T-Minus 2-3 weeks till this starts, want to give blood before I start this cycle, grabs some more 25g x 1 inch pins and some more 25g x 5/8 inch pins.  Also need to grab some more alcohol prep pads.

I started my cruise on May 5th which has consisted of test-e at 250mg every week.  I start my next blast on July 14th, I'm looking forward to this next run.  I have human grade cabergoline on hand and will use from the get go, I don't want to have to use prami if issues arise I'd rather prevent it before it even starts.

 

My current split:  Dorian Style (2 warms up and then a couple sets of heavy weights); Dugdale also does this type of training.  From my studies you make your muscle gains on your first couple sets according to exercise physiology.

 

Monday - Legs, Abs, Claves, Lower back / Glutes.

 

Tuesday - Chest, Forearms,  Light Triceps (two exercises three sets each of triceps following chest to push blood into the pumped muscle).

 

Wednesday - OFF.

 

Thursday - Biceps, Triceps, Calves, Abs.

 

Friday - Upper back, Forearms, Light Biceps (two exercises three sets each of biceps following back to push blood into the pumped muscle).

 

Saturday - Shoulders, Traps, Calves, Abs.

 

Sunday - OFF

 

Reason I added 6 sets of light triceps after chest day and 6 sets of light biceps after back is because my arms are lack (Biceps in particular), so I made a motive to add in a few sets after back day in order to get them a little more simulation.  Any suggestions to my split is perfectly fine.  I love having an arm day and 5 day split is best for me, even with gear I can't do 6 days a week I tried and my body shut down.

I really like this workout.  I'm ready for a change-up so going to give it a shot.

Giving a blood donation next week to bring ranges back within normal, front-loading starting on August 4th, then introducing all the other compounds on August 11th.  I'm still maintaining well during my cruise since I started my cruise on May 5th.  Holding at 210.2 lbs as of now.  

 

Just a reminder of what I'm planning to run:

 

What I'm running:

Weeks 1-4 OR 1-6: Msten at 20-30mg ED, DMZ at 30-45mg ED

 

Weeks 1-17: Test-C at 250-300 EW (switching to Test-C, have never used CYP heard it can hold a little less water)

 

Weeks 1-15 OR 1-17: EQ started at 600mg EW for weeks 1-4, then bumped up to 900mg EW for weeks 5-11, then 1,200mg EW for weeks 12-17; might stay at 900mg EW from weeks 5 till week 17 as at 600mg EW I got great results ----> worried about high blood values, looking to give blood about 10 weeks into my cycle which should help so I can go to 1,200mgs EW like originally planned.

 

Weeks 1-12: Tren-E started at 200mg EW for weeks 1-3, then bumped up to 400mg EW for weeks 4-8, then bumped to 600mg EW for weeks 9-12.  Originally planned to start at 400mg EW but I want to test the waters with 200mg EW first, need to grab my 10 freebie cabergolie .5mg tabs back from my buddy who I lent some too before he got our shipment in.

 

Weeks 1-15 OR 1-17: Deca at either 150mg or 300mg EW for joints

 

Weeks 10-17: Anavar at 100mg ED

 

Weeks 12-17:  Mast prop at 300-400mg EW----> I will probably drop this as I'm not real sure if I will get any benefit out of mast-prop since I know lots of people use it for a final "TOUCH" additive before shows. ----> Any input here bros?
