Breakfast today: 2 scoop ON whey, 5 grams glutamine, 2 protein pancakes with carbs, oatmeal with milk and donunt (haven't had one in months if not like a year!).

How do you make your protein pancakes

Manufacturer's Directions
For original pancake recipe: Combine 2 scoops water to 2 scoops powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook approximately 300 to 350 degrees F for approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side. Adjust accordingly for griddle variations.

For higher protein alternate pancake recipe: Combine 1 scoop water and 1 and 1/2 scoops egg whites or egg beaters to 2 scoops powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook approximately 300 to 350 degrees F for approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side. Adjust accordingly for griddle variations.

For original waffle recipe: Combine 1 and 1/2 scoops water to 2 scoops powder. Mix using wire whisk. Cook in waffle maker 3-4 minutes.

For original waffle recipe: Combine 1 and 1/2 scoops water to 2 scoops powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook in waffle maker 3-4 minutes.

For higher protein alternate waffle recipe:

Combine 1/2 scoops water and 1 and 1/2 scoops egg whites or egg beaters to 2 scoops powder.

Higher protein recipes add 40 calories and 10 extra grams of protein

I mix like 6-8 scoops then 6-8 scoops water or do the high protein version.  I usually make about 15 pancakes for the week on Sunday nights.  I'll throw in blueberries, strawberries, etc for added fruit.

Ya bro, they are super simple to make.  A few thin slices of strawberries or blueberries and make em in waffles or pancakes dam they are good.  Gains are good started at 207lbs at night with clothes on now at almost 212 at night with clothes on.

Trying to keep things on the leaner side, tren is also helping to keep fat gain to a min.  Will start cardio here twice weekly starting next weekly for 30 mins.

I need to get some cardio in as well. It's literally my worst enemy though I hate it with a passion. Lol

The cycle assist with all the other supports and grapeseed extract was causing some stomach pains, dropped the cycle assist and grapeseed extract for the past few days and my stomach feels much better. So I've decided to drop the cycle assist and grapeseed extract for this five week oral run and have instead kep my damage control, celery seed and tudca but I've added in additional Hawthorne berry extract (to compensate for what I lost in the cycle assist). Been using this for the past 3 days and my appetitie and stomach is now settled nicely.

BACK AT IT!  Been so busy with my last semester I've just been working, studying, pinning, training and forgot about my log!  Things are going great.  Next week I bump msten to 30 and dmz to 45!  Doing arms tonight in about an hour!

Im halfway through my third week of Msten solo at 40mg and loving it. I may bump it up to 50mg for the last week or two we shall see. Dear lord though Im full all the time, and the pumps are ridiculous. Lean solid gains with little to no noticeable fat gain, but that could be due to the 750mg Tren E Im running as well....

Been doing 4 1/2 weeks.  Had to drop week 5 my stomach couldn't handle it.
