As much as diet is necessary I'm pretty sure it impossible to get fat or stay fat on that much tren lol.

Well my job helps...I walk 15 miles a day


and today was 11 hours in 100* heat index...equals rest day


Used to work a job on my feet moving around all day. Bodybugg put me at 3700 calorie burn a day, sometimes 4000 lol. Helps a lot.

Seeing as how you've injured your pec, I'm recommending that you drop the tren and sub in peptides or gh & thymosin beta 4.

 

The tren is just going to make you want to train like a monster and you really should dial it down and maybe try out some rehab work while the peps & tb4 heals your body.  I really enjoy occlusion training, you can get a ferocious pump.  I would feel very comfortable betting money on it being the most intense pump you've ever experienced (until you try it with your calves lol) ...and the kicker is that you use only around 20% of your 1rm.  You could also utilize Dennis James's MTUT which centers around lighter poundages as well, but produces fantastic results.

 

I know you'll probably respond back brushing off my recommendation, but you really should at least consider it.  :P

I honestly appreciate it my friend.

IDK if I'm comfortable with the training method...simply because I'm not knowledgeable about it.

The plan is most definitely to lower the poundage and up the reps ....possibly sets also...

just not a strong believer in peptides...been burned one too many times. HGH...my only experience was a good one...did what it was intended to do...speed the healing process. Just so hard for me to justify the cost.
