Well no gym yesterday..wifes illness bad had to call ambulance back in ICU..today a blizzard city in state of emergency...guess I'll do a double on Monday LOL

Ten lbs down in eight days....stronger on lifts...challenging program...very stressful tho....brother has open brain surgery Friday if tumor can't be surgically removed its terminal
