this was enough to have me painfully pumped....odd

 

Sometimes you don't have to do a lot of volume to get a nice pump going. A strong mind muscle connection and really squeezing go a long way.

I would be super nervous benching or doing any heavy chest work after tearing a pec, let alone the same one twice.
