And with the amount of gear, you won't have to worry about atrophied muscles from t3.


Nope, but if I'm trying to build muscle too much is working against myself. Not to mention insane appetite.

Decided to do legs today. Despite extra food still feeling like shit in the gym.

EDIT: actually I'm just gonna keep with the original plan. Off tomorrow and back in Friday. Think my workout suffered because I did back yesterday and then tried to deadlift today.

Will list workout later.

Honestly these probably went so badly because I just did back yesterday, didn't realize how much it eats into deadlifts. Definitely need that day off between. 3on 1off not gonna work

Hack squat 230 x8 x3

Did 250 last week. Don't know why it's dropped since I've been eating more since Saturday. I was originally doing 300+ on this before extreme cutting

Leg extensions 190x12 x2
Leg curls 130x10 x 2
Calf raises on machine 145x12
130x12
130x12

Thus dropped since last week as well? Maybe just because I didn't take a rest day.

A bit confusing.

Really hoping come Friday's chest workout I start moving up on lifts again. This whole going down even with more calories is irritating lol.

It's gonna take a couple week to start moving up in strength buddy... you don't say out loud "ok, I'm recomping now!" And immediately your body changes gears...

Your gonna take st least two weeks to steadily regain glycogen stores and maintain them naturally and use food for fuel, not storage. At that point it's likely to skyrocket though if your macros are right.

Not getting enough sleep could be an issue too. Often finding myself drifting off to sleep at work.

Gonna start getting at least 8hrs if not more. Prior to tonight's workout I was cramming down coffee just to try and stay awake enough to workout later.

Part of the problem is lately I've been sleep deprived quite alot during the 10 week cut. Was waking up every couple hours at night, maybe low blood sugar or high cortisol from the crazy deficit. Ephedrine wasn't helping either. Starting today though I've had alot more energy, not feeling like dog shit like I was cutting. Been sleeping more soundly as well but recently I've been going to bed too late, my fault lol.

Same problem lol. Don't get to workout until like 8pm. Usually sleep 1:30-9:30, or at least supposed to but hard to wind down.

Lowered both t3 to 25mcg and test e to 250mg this morning. Up to 229 today so something is doing something. Just gonna warn y'all now, I have bloated to the extreme with water retention after reintroducing higher carbs, I can't even get my wedding ring off. More then likely I'm hoping in two-three weeks once test clears to 250 I will dry out more, but at this point I have lost most definition I had and just generally look like a water balloon.

Quick update.

No workout today. Amount of bloating is insane and has just gotten worse lol. I can literally press down on my ankles and leave 1/8" depressions. i i look worse then when i started my fat loss log. it doesnt exactly look like fat but worse arsthetically. safe to say mega doses of test will be completely out of the question bulking or maintaining unless its middle of winter lol. not concerned now because ive pretty much missed the shirt off season. lHopefully once test clears it will go away. Also experiencing massive amount of gut bloat because of eating oatmeal and other high fiber carbs in large amounts. I'm sure I will lose at least 5 of the ten lbs gained past few days dropping this water.

Think I'm gonna give carb cycling a whirl in a slight surplus. May help with the bloat. Will start Saturday, already spent food allotment this week.

Gonna go for 100g carbs or less on off days.

Don't carb cycle. Just ignore the bloat and keep your eye on the prize. It will go away and it's not like you have your shirt off everyday in front of people.

Depends on what gear you're on, sodium, sensitivity to carbs ect.. For example on tren I'll eat a pizza and I'll look beast mode. On test forget about it I'm prego

This is extremely depressing. I have now lost 10 more lbs off my db ohp making it a bullshit 30, and I failed my usual 55lb db incline press. Had to go down 10lbs on OHP too. Everything feels heavy and impossible to lift. I don't get it. Sd kicks in within days and so does trest. I'm literally so upset right now I'm considering abandoning the whole cycle. I mean god damn I'm losing strength on higher calories and strong aas? Maybe it's the t3.

Gonna drop it completely and HOPE things start moving. I'll probably gain some fat depending on how fast my thyroid kicks back in. Might as well layer it on top of the extreme bloat/gut bloat.

I feel just as drained in the gym as I did cutting, even worse since I'm no longer on ec or clen for the boost. What the fuck.

Also been feeling depressed all day for no reason. Shit for all I know my test, sd, and trest is bunk. Be just my luck. Might explain complete absence of sex drive last three weeks. Even on trest its gone.

Guys I'm abandoning the recomp and bodybuilding for awhile. I've had some traumatic shit going on with family's health that I've been trying to bury for too long and I'm just emotionally broke down right now. Wife's health getting worse by the day and have found out some disturbing news lately. Just can't handle both and need to be there for her. I'll probably keep lifting for exercise and stay on trt but no real transforming myself or diet crap. Honestly part of my problem with not making progress and everything else could just be chalked to the depression and stress interfering.

Sorry for such short notice. I've been trying to just keep going on with my goals but I just can't anymore. I've got to put my attention elsewhere.

Definitely focus on family stuff, get the body back to homeostasis, try this again someday when you are ready dude. It can be done I promise, I know where you are coming from and your disposition. I know all the reasons why you had the problems you did, it can be fixed, so don't give up. And godspeed on the family issues.
