Uh oh! Look who just for some help for the next 4 weeks of this cut!

I have not run this yet so I'm really looking forward to seeing what I can accomplish.

Diet;
I do a lower carb thing throughout the week. I have been lowering carbs each day during the week followed by a "cheat day" where I've been shoveling as many carbs as I can in. This has gotten a little uncomfortable though as it leads to not being able to sleep along with seemingly putting pressure on my chest. Followed by severe heartburn/acid reflux. So cheat days will be dialed back a little but the amount of time I allow myself to cheat will increase. I feel this is the best way to do it.

Training;
I've been volume training but that is changing as well. I just do not have the energy at the end of the week to put in that kind of work.
I'm going to try to workout twice a day in which each body part will get worked twice a week. The weights used will be increased for sure as I'm expecting the 3.0 to help out in this area.

Cardio;
I've made excellent progress, especially I think the last 3 weeks but let's see what I can accomplish in the next 3 with cardio added. I don't plan on going crazy simply because cardio to me is agonizing death. I think 30 minutes 4 days a week should suffice, or at least a good starting point.

I plan to run this like my main log so expect daily macros to be posted. Workouts to be logged, and a weekly set of progress pics.

75 x 15 reps 2 sets

Close grip cable rows
87.5 x 10 reps
Drop set to
42.5 x 15 reps x 2 sets

DB shrugs
90 x 10 reps
Do set to
65 x 15 reps x 2 sets

Cardio;
Only had time for 20 minutes. Couldn't get my lazy ass out of bed

3.2 mph
3.5 incline

Notes; decently pumped during workout considering being a little dehydrated.

Really? What should I expect?
I'm hoping to get some added strength and perhaps even turn this into a recomp, although that's not the goal. The goal is cutting.

I would say you might end up with a recomp. I can't remember if strength went up, but I definitely didn't lose any while cutting. Weight didn't drop, but waist size did. Endurance will be up and the DMZ will give you some serious pumps.

Ok I have to ask... The green shoelace looking thing sticking out of your pants in the before pic... That I totally only noticed because of the main point of this post... No homo!.... What is that? Only reason I ask is because I have a green shoelace tied onto my workout keys to keep better track of them and it is tied just like that, damn near perfect like you jacked my damn ke..(milkhouse busts into my apt.
