I will be taking one cap about an hour from my afternoon workout today just to see if it makes a difference. Anyone else do it that way?

I find that sdmz3.0 increases pump and gym aggression no matter when you take it. I have tried at all different times throughout the day and it has the same effect

Well I've decided that this will be run pretty much solo. I was on a G of test but I've dropped that to my trt dose of 300mg/e10d. I also was using IML's halo extreme but I've dropped that as well. So pretty much here's what I'm running;

300mg test c every 10 days
2 caps 3.0
100mcg IMR clen everyday and then support supps.
I can list those too if you like
I love you man!

Afternoon workout;

Leg press
360 x 10
450 x 8
540 x 6
270 x 12

Front squat
105 x 8
155 x 6
155 x 6

Feet wide leg ext
100 x 15 x 2 sets

Feet narrow leg ext
100 x 15 x 2 sets

Notes;
Huge pump in my legs and midsection. My abs have never been that pumped before while doing legs. Pretty cool!
No issues worth the stomach so I'm thinking this morning's issues are related to low blood sugar and stims. I'll only be using the pre workout in the afternoon from now on.
I love you man!

Just started doing this, this week.I can't handle my usual volume right now so splitting groups up into shorter workouts but going twice a day will allow me to work each group twice in one week. It also should help burn more calories.

Now, how long I can stand waking up an hour earlier than I usually do considering I've been having more sleep issues than normal remains to be seen.

Also, it's the busy time of year at work and could get forced to stay late. So if that happens I still have the piece of mind that I at least got the morning workout in.

Dedication, you have it. Just don't burn yourself out or obtain an injury. But I like your idea of throwing two a days in with lower volume. Seems an experienced lifter could really benefit from that without injury/over training.
Nice work in here boss man, you are on a roll.

Thank you

Fantastic. I remember when I was back in high school/ early twenties I trained for a couple hours ... Twice a day. I was in prime and figured 'more is better'. Ended up growing hyuuuge and strong, and blew out my shoulder which still bothers me to this day.
I can tell you've been at it for a good bit yourself. If you don't mind me asking , he many candles on your birthday cake this year?
