You will see this more and more as you get deeper into this cycle. The pump is outstanding.

This. For sure. SDMZ made for some crazy pumps. I swear all you have to do is flex on SDMZ and you get a pump.

Looking good milk. I like the short and sweet splits. I've been trying to employ a faster pace myself lately so that I get all my workouts done in less than 45 min.

If that's the case this could very well be at the top of my list for designers.

It's a one stop shop for a stack in a bottle. I love the versatility of it too. IML really did a badass job with this one.

I have a lot of errands today. Most of my protein intake will be from powder. Not real thrilled with that because I tend to get really soft the more protein powder is in my diet, but I'll just have to deal with it

Ha, sounds like it's doing it's thing bringing pumps that early in the workout. When I ran that stack I would get a crazy pump from simple everyday things like making the bed, or doing dishes. I'm pretty vascular at normal, but on this it was exaggerate. I remember about a week into the run I was raking leaves outside and my wife came out and asked "your veins, wtf are you on now?" It was that obvious to where friends and family alike were looking at me sideways.

hahah! I love the pump from this stack as well, cool to hear that others are experiencing it in a major way too...

My favorite was the bedtime brushing/flossing teeth.. It would last like 12-15 minutes because I would keep switching hands, and it would always blow me away how pumped and vascular it made me. It was pretty ridiculous, I loved it.

^ oh yeah the pre bed time pump from brushing, same thing here.
As fantastic as a pump feels I do remember into the third week and beyond it was excessive to the point where it was painful and actually hindered some workouts. Felt good to be in that kind of pain.

Weight;

200.0

Workout

Side laterals

10 x 50 x 2 sets

Rope face pulls

17.5 x 20 x 2 sets

DB front delt raise

10 x 50 x 2 sets

Cardio;

20 minutes@

3.0 incline@

3.2 mph

Notes;

Weight is up this morning almost 2 lbs. I did eat more carbs/calories yesterday so that could be why. More carbs in general so could be holding water.

Pump this morning in the delts was crazy. My shoulders were very red from the blood getting in there. Even 2 hours later now they feel very warm.

I may try to just turn these next 4 weeks into a recomp where I'll add back in some calories. Keep the cardio, and if energy allows add in more volume to the workout. I'll see what happens and how I feel over the rest of this week before I make a decision

Your reps must be of high quality, with the light volume you do 'cause its obviously working. Great work man.

I really try to focus on form and contraction while not allowing a full stop at the bottom of each so that there's more time under tension.

I like your idea of adding in more cals through this. 3.0 is a monster and with more food your body is going to soak that shit up and use it as quality mass.

Really? That is kind of what I've gathered from reading some logs. So to hear you say that you're in agreement further validates my thinking. Not gonna get crazy with the added calories as I don't want to take to big of a step back in the fat loss department, but a solid recomp I think is possible.

As long as you don't get retarded and you use quality sourced macros for the additional cals, a strong oral stack like this won't put a bit of fat on you. Especially with your activity level.

Definitely won't try anything dumb, but perhaps up to 2500 calories during the week and then dialing the carb back a little on Saturday I think should provide some quality gains.
