I know she prob understood what she was getting into posting on here, but you guys are disappointing. Jokes or not, you don't talk to a woman that way unsolicited.

This is why I don't invite my wife onto the boards even though she's into fitness.

1270 calories 94grams protein, 91grams carb, and 40grams fat.

My 2 cents...a low grade anabolic would help your goal eventually..be it 11-k....or even winny ...anavar...etc. I know $ of var drives a lotta people away...but other good choice ms imo when you're ready to try that.

I have been looking into doing a cycle of anavar. I think once I slim down a little bit more I might give it a shot.

Welcome. The reason the dnp worked like it did is because it makes you retain water and once you stopped taking it the water weight fell off. The fact that you didn't know that suggests that you did no prior research. I do not think you should do any amount of t3 unless you research the hell out of it.

I was fully aware of the water retention before I started DNP and the possiblity of dehydrating and or overheating. I would never take anything before extensive research. I appericate the concern though milkhouse :)

I wouldn't personally. There is no reason to eat more then 1g per lb of lean mass and trading for carbs is gonna make you hungry as shit.

Totally disagree. Just because you don't have carbs doesn't mean you're going to get hungrier. Plus, you think she's only got 90 lbs of lean mass?
