We've been trying to reduce her carbs and increase her protein. It's a bit more difficult because she is a vegetarian.

Totally disagree. Just because you don't have carbs doesn't mean you're going to get hungrier. Plus, you think she's only got 90 lbs of lean mass?


Well, were all entitled to our own opinions and what works well for us as individuals. Maybe she'd do better higher. I'm just sayin I personally would not, in my opinion and experience personally of course.

Whey protein and avocados? Eggs okay for vegetarians right? Egg whites.

Good luck in your adventure, looks like from the weight you lost already that you're doing well but I would like to know how old are you and would like to see the before pics and progress pics up to this point. I help a lot of people in their fitness goals, and even though you got a man who obviously knows how to train and so forth there's nothing wrong with extra criticism. So if there's any advice you need don't be afraid to ask.

I wouldn't personally. There is no reason to eat more then 1g per lb of lean mass and trading for carbs is gonna make you hungry as shit.


I have been slowly tweeking my diet to include more protein. It is hard because I am vegetarian. A lot of fake meat products are high in carbs. So I've been finding more of the things I can eat without destroying my Marcos for the day. Protein shakes for the win!

Good luck with everything.. My wife doesn't lose a lot of weight on clenbuterol.. I was thinking maybe some dnp but we have 3 kids so I thought mmmmm.... Better not.


Thanks! Yeah while I was taking dnp I had a hard time making iy through work and I would just go to sleep when I would get home. I can't imagine feeling that way and having kids to take care of when I got home.

Dariy is fine for me to eat. I get most of my protein from tofu, nuts, protein bars, and protein shakes. I do eat the full egg though. I have no reason not to because the foods I typically aren't high in fat or cholesterol.

Thanks. I am 22 years old. I'll post pictures up tomorrow of before and current. I don't mind extra criticism, that's why I'm on here :)
