Hey guys! I am new to this fourm and this is my first post. I hoping to get some advice, share stories, feel motivated, and have fun while on here. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
Height: 5 foot 8
Current weight: 185
Goal weight: 160
I tried DNP for the first time about two months ago. I took one pill a day (250mg) for two weeks. I felt like absolute garbage while taking it. I was upset at first because I didn't see results, but two weeks after the last pill the weight started to fall off. I went from 206lbs to 183lbs!
Currenly I am on my 15th day of taking Clen. Taking 40mcg a day this week. I want to try T3 out sometime soon. I workout five days a week and will post my daily workouts and progress pictures on here as I go.
My diet I watch very closely. I stay around 1300 calories coming from 40%protein 30%fat and 30% carb.
Let me know what you think. I am going to do a chest workout tonight...I'll post lifts later.
