Notes: starting to feel good. I have decided raise test to 800-1000 mgs rather than 700-800 as previously planned for rest of run. Super excited about this. Been a long while since I have been on a decent amount of testosterone.

Today's macros would be great to hit everyday for the next 3 weeks. So if fats are kept under 100 grams I will do 600 g carbs every day with at least BW on protein.

Day 7 Notes:

Ok so as I stated at the beginning of the log I knew diet would be shitty going into the first week but gawd damn 10 lbs.!?!?!?! Looking soft as shit. But at they same time this is the heaviest I have been in three years.

Weight will probably go down a bit over the next week and may do two or three days of cardio.

If I keep diet similar to today I should be able to stay this full and get waist down a bit. Plus test dose and cardio will surely help. Really wish I had more impressive arms. Also gyno is a lot puffier than I would like. Prettier sure my Aromasin source has went bunk.

Either way I think now is the time to do some serious growing.

Hamstrings, high box squats and calves tomorrow.

Day 12 Notes:

 

Overall size is mos def on the rise. Several comments on just being big this week end. Think its time to just keep adding overall mass, while trying to keep bodyfat in check.

 

No side effects. Usually by no I would be experiencing so BP & stomach issues but everything seems ok. No increase in acne, Gyno seems the same.

 

Only thing I could add is that Im not noticing as much strength increases. I know it is early but I usually start beasting on orals by now. Usually huge strength increases means alot of sides though so we will see. Not even half way through so should be a fun ride.

Looked like shit upon waking. Took pic and really looked bad. Like literally worse than starting pic. Deflated looking and Abs hardly showing. Decided to drop carbs significantly. And will do so starting next week. So on top if dropping as much crap food as possible carbs will be cut down too. Will also drop cardio to see how lower carbs effects me first. Would hate to finish this log and look worse than the start. I am noticeably bigger in person but that never translates into pictures for me if I not as lean.
