How dafuq do you go from 4500 to 2300? I have a hard time jumping up in cals in huge increments, nvm slicing in half

GF called me fat, so that made it easier lol. She usually strokes my ego too much, so if shes giving negative feed back I listen. Today Ill be around 3000-3500 probably so no biggie. Plus it was the weekend and I didn't do anything very activie besides sex and the gym. During the week I go retard with less than 3k cals.

Daily Undulating Periodization. Mike Zourdos, Ryan Doris and I bealive Ben Esgro have some videos on it. Seems interesting and adaptable to say the least.
