55 wide grip chins

Hammerstrength tbar rows: 45x20,70x12,95x10,95x9,70x10,45x15

DB iso row: 80x12,90x10,105x6x2,80x15 

Standing lat push down: 60x12x3

Hammerstrength iso row: 45x15,90x12,135x10x2,90x15x2

 

Once again everything done very slow and controlled with a pause at full contraction focus on a slow eccentric release. 

 

Getting some compliments lately on my muscles "popping" more, and that I am adding some size. Weight is up to 186lbs in the morning totally fasted.

Hit legs tonight:

 

Iso leg ext: 25x15x4 

BB squat: 45x20,135x10,185x10,225x10,275x6x2,225x6,135x15

Flying iso leg curls: 25x15x4

 

Did everything very slowly, taking about 7-10 seconds on both the concentric and eccentric portions of the lifts. I did feel much stronger but I was not trying for PR's tonight. 

 

I should also add today was the last research dose of 25mg of trestolone acetate. I have switched back to regular test E 125mg 3x a week m/w/f. That brings current stack to 2 caps of SDMZ 3.0, 4 pumps dermacrine ED, and 125mg test e m/w/f.

Took the weekend off, a good friend passed away and the wake really took everything out of me.

Hit shoulders just before, getting way stronger. 

 

Hammerstrength iso shoulder press (weight is each arm): 45x20,90x15,115x12,135x10,160x6,90x15

Cable side delt raises: 35xfailurex4

Cable front delt raises: 35xfailurex4

Seated DB shoulder press: 80x10,90x10,105x6,80x8

Hammerstrength shrug machine: 8 plates (total) xfailurex4

 

I havent been able to DB press the 105's since I was fat and strong, the SDMZ is definitely behind this.

Hit back tonight with a crazy amount of volume because I saw some buddies and worked in with them. Felt good.

 

75 wide grip chins

BB Row: 45xfailue,135x12x3

Close grip seated cable row: 100x20,120x15,140x12,160x10,180x8,200x6,160xfailure,140xfailure,100xfailure

Hammerstrength iso pull down: 45x15,70x12,90x10,115x8,90x10

Wide grip lat push down: 60x10,65x10,70x10,75x10

DB row: 80x10x2,105x7x2

 

I can tell I am holding a little more water than usual, probably from the A1 in the SDMZ. It isnt bad though. I am getting way stronger though and my endurance in the gym is getting absurd. Still no side effects either.

Got a quick chest workout in tonight, didnt have time to do as much volume as I wanted. The local planet fitness got rid off all their barbells and dumbbells so my gym has been packed lately with people switching over, which means everything is being used... all the time. 

 

BB flat bench: 45xfailue,135x20,185x15,225x12,275x8,315x1 (whack),225x10,135xfailure

Hammerstrength iso incline: 45xfailue,90x12,115x8,135x6,90x10,45xfailure

Downward cable fly: 35xfailurex4

Upward cable fly: 35xfailurex4

Pec deck: 120xfailurex4

Rear delts on pec deck machine: 80xfailurex4 (just because)

 

This took way too long because of having to wait on everything.

EZ curl in preacher bench: 25xfailure,45x15,65x10,75x8,85x6,75x6,65x7,45x10

Hammer curl with back pressed against preacher bench: 25xfailurex2,30xfailurex2

Cable curls: 80x15x4

Tri pull down: 90x12x2,100x12x2

Tri ext with rope: 80x15,90x15,100x12,120x10,140x6 

 

Took almost no break between sets tonight. Pumps in bis were debilitating to the point where I couldnt lift more even if I wanted to.

 

One side effect is starting to rear its head though, BPH, which happens every time I use a strong oral like msten/SD etc. Cialis and E-Pharm pump spray usually fix me up quick though so Ill be starting one of those as soon as money allows.

Got a quick leg workout in tonight, did squats first because the gym was packed and I wanted to get in the rack before someone else did. My gym only has one squat rack so... yeah.

 

BB squats: 45xfailure, 135xfailure, 185x10, 225x10, 275x6, 295x3, 315x2 (one more than last week), 225xfailure, 135xfailure

Flying leg curls: 100x10,110x10,120x10,130x10,140x10

Hammerstrength iso leg raises: 25xfailurex5

 

Why dont I do more leg volume? Huge legs arent that important to me, and even at their current size chaffing while working has been as issue. Fuck all that noise. 

 

Still no sides besides a little BPH which 12.5mg cialis EOD has totally cleared up. This is the best I have ever looked at this weight by far as well. Sitting in between 185-188lbs.

Got a decent chest workout in tonight:

 

DB flat bench: 65x15,80x12,95x9,105x6,80x8

Hammerstrength Iso Incline: 45x15,70x12,90x10,115x8, Took a long break for this 135x8,90x10

BB decline: 135x15,185x12x3

Upward flys: 40xfailurex4

Downward flys: 40xfailurex4 

 

Workouts have been great lately and I am getting a little stronger each week without having a real strength routine. 

 

On a side note, left my dermacrine in my gym bag in my car today and it was ruined. Oh well.

Hit back yesterday but didnt write it down. I ended up working out with a buddy who does significantly less volume but with more weight. I really prefer the higher volume workouts ive been doing recently and I feel like I respond much better to higher volume so needless to say I didnt have a great workout. 

 

Hit arms today:

 

Preacher curl with EZ curl: 45x15x2,65x12x2,85x8,65x8,45xfailure

DB seated hammer curls: 25x12x2,30x12x2

 

Superset: Standing cable curls w/EZ bar with Tri push down

60x15/60x15, 70x15/70x15, 80x15/80x15, 90x15/90x15

 

One Arm Standing Tri ext: 25x20,30x20,35x20,40x20,45x15

Tri pull down w/ rope: 80x15x4

Dips: failurex3

 

Really leaning out in all the right places while filling out in all the right places. Weight is no longer slowly climbing up, but the mirror is whats most important to me.

Sorry for the lack of updates, I badly injured my knee at work the other day when I was doing some tree work. Its only today that ive been able to walk around without help and being in serious pain. Ill start hitting the gym again for upper body tomorrow most likely.

First day back in the gym, felt good but my joints are killing me. Partly from my work related injury and partly because the IMR adex is much stronger than any research adex I have ever used so its hard trying to dial it in. 

 

Hit chest:

 

BB flat: 45x15,135x12,185x10,225x8,275x6,135x15

Pec deck: 80x15,100x15,120x12

Hammerstrength iso incline press: 70x15,90x12,115x10,135x6,90x10

Downward cable fly: 35xfailurex4

Upward cable fly: 35xfailurex4

 

I really am getting much stronger but my dry elbows wouldnt let me rep much weight on flat bench today, I could have dont 315 for at least 2-3 it felt like.

Precore cable lat pull down where I lean back enough to really hit rear delts/traps: 60x12x4

Lat push down: 65x10,70x10,80x10

 

Great pump and joints felt pretty good today. 

 

Still having some symptoms of BPH but I am going to start researching IMR cialis to see if it helps. My other cialis I am pretty sure is bunk or very under dosed because cialis always fixes BPH when I am running stronger stuff. If its anything like their adex it will be as good as it gets.

Cable front raise: 35xfailurex4

Cable side delt raise: 35xfailurex4

 

Felt alright, havent got the 90s up on shoulder press since I was fat, this is the strongest ive been while lean for sure. 

 

Knee is feeling good but still will wait till next week to get back into legs.

I am weighing in at about 186lbs in the mornings so about 4-6lbs I guess. That might not seem very impressive, but I wasnt eating for weight gains and I was training with alot of volume. Plus I have been on for... a while.. so its not like I was going to blow up with water and glycogen like someone who cycles on and off. Ill take 4 pounds lean growth any day.
