30 minutes bike

must admit....I despise mint wintergreen spearmint

that being said I didn't care for taste...so effective its works great...1/2 hour after rinsing down it was blast off

will expand on effects as I go....gotta keep y'all coming back

My first venture was a light scoop...
today was fairly level.
20-30 minute kick in..almost to jittery on level scoop

twenty minutes into lifting....sweats pouring.

will report lifts later :-)

Much prefer letting it completely dissolve then fifteen minutes later doing rinse...fyi....this brings the sweat

Really lacking motivation lately..tired and run down...hoping holiday catches me up on rest
