A big thank you to Performax labs for choosing me for a log. im exited :thumbup1: reading the ingredients i already know this is a quality product not under-dosed. :yinyang:   no proprietary blends that keep you in the dark about doses.just gonna put this out there this looks like a great pct supp,on cycle supp or even general hormone support. i know this controls estrogen and raises test with the AI, and also has prolactin control properties, so hopefully this might tame the lil but of gyno i have. im really mad about it so dont even make fun if i upload pictures lol. im starting my first dose tomorrow at 4 caps a day for a month. my goal is to cut the fat. im gonna be doing lifting (duh) as well as a good amount of cardio (ugh). i will be taking 2 caps in the morning and 2 at night. will show lift numbers and progress, how i feel, boobie pics ect lol. so im starting my first dose tommarow and will update then.

Along for the ride! You're right about the versatility of Alphamax. One can use it for general hormonal support in PCT. Also, the addition of Forskolin makes it a great product.

first doses today. nothing to report yet. capsules arent too big, go down easy. had a one hour cardio session 30 mins bike, 30 mins jogging. didnt do any lifting today. today was labor day weekend bbq at a friends place so pigged out on chicken and hotdogs. no more of that starting tommarow. lol it was a holiday i have to live a little.  (stop bein natzis who cares one meal :hammer: )

first log ever.(online) fun.

oh by the way i got roid rage and punched my boss in the face, along with 4 children and 2 babies, and a cat. this is hardcore shit guys be carefull. i also gained 20 pounds of muscle in a day. in a matter of seconds after taking it my shirt started getting tight, an hour later it ripped off, 2 hours later i was completely naked. i feel so ashamed, wear 3 sizes bigger to accommodate the muscle growth guys. you have been warned.

The affects you'll notice will come with time. An immediate effect you should notice is deeper and more restful sleep due to the l-dopa and ZMA. Libido usually kicks in around week 2 for me, but some get that pretty quickly as well.

i have been sleeping better! im a little bit of an insomniac but i noticed its been easier to fall asleep at night, and had a weird dream lol. i wake up a little more refreshed and that part i really like. no differences in libido or anything yet, i have morning wood every day as it is i dont think i need it lol. im gonna hit the gym later today ill update.

Sounds good man. Waking up more refreshed probably means your sleep is of better quality which is always a plus. I know we all strive to hit a certain number of hours, but as long as you;re refreshed, that's all that matters!

ok so now that thats out of the way. day 5- hit the gym today

did back and chest. got a pretty damn good pump. heres the review-

30 mins cardio.

bench-press 120lb 3 sets x 10 reps HIT style

45 lb dumbell presses. one set x 10 reps

115 lb lat heavy rows - 3 sets x 10 reps

wide grip pull ups- 10

high intensity training dude-

3-5 seconds up, 2 seconds pause- 3-5 seconds down. per rep.

this eliminates all momentum making the weight seem way heavier. mike mentzer and dorian yates trained this way i believe. theres alot of info about it on YouTube. i think to many people are too concerned with every detail in there cycle but forget nutrition or training importance.

Sounds pretty intense. Time under tensions would be increased, which alone makes a world of difference.
