Benders Alpha Max Log

First off thanks Ant for giving me a chance to log alphamax
I'll be eating right under maintenance calories for me 2700-2800 a day, hoping to cut while maintaining strength, diet mainly consists of eggs, oats, chicken, salmon, tuna, fruits, nuts, and vegetables.
Workout routine will be split back an bis, chest an tris, shoulders an traps, legs. and abs will be thrown in 2-3 times a week.
Reps will be 12-15 week 1, 9-11 week 2, 6-8 week 3, 3-5 week 4.
Dosing will be 2 in the morning 2 in the evening

I started yesterday and not much to report from day one except I slept 9 hrs straight without waking, doesn't happen to often.
I'll post again today after my workout for day 2

The ZMA and l-dopa will enhance sleep. It is the first thing people notice from using Alphamax. If one takes their night dose on an empty stomach or near empty stomach, the ZMA will b absorbed better.

 

My post was in reference to me waking up to use the bathroom twice a night lol

I wake up because my wife likes the dog to jump in bed with us, and of course the dog gets majority of my spot.

 

Like Ant said the L-dopa and ZMA help you sleep real well if taken pre bed.

Not much to report from chest and tris yesterday, good workout though, and got 9 hrs of sleep again with only waking up once, will keep taking it within couple hours of bedtime and see if it keeps helping me sleep well.
Day 3 back and bis today the weight I did for 12-15 reps last week was going up significantly easier than last time

It is actualy great for sleep, that alone makes me wanna buy it again!

I logged for them last year and the sleep was insane.. deep deep sleep and dreams like crazy vivid ones you just remember everything. Could sleep for 2 hrs and wake up like you slept 10.

I've been taking about 3 hours before falling asleep and been having great sleep, and funny you mention the dreams had vivid dreams last night for the first time in awhile as well.

The sleep is definitely well worth it. I usually need 7.5 hours minimum to function, but can function well just on 5 with Alphamax.

 

I've been taking about 3 hours before falling asleep and been having great sleep, and funny you mention the dreams had vivid dreams last night for the first time in awhile as well.

 

They are very vivid and odd in my experience. I will dream of the oddest things!

Man you guys keep nailing it on the head, my last two nights were not only vivid but some of the strangest/coolest dreams I've had, and still waking up very refreshed benefits of sleep have been great on this so far. Also feel and been told I look leaner, so some fat burning must be kicking in now

The deep sleep is one of the reasons why Alphamax can be used on a cut, in addition to a fat burner, to aid in recovery and muscle retention. During a caloric deficit, it can be harder to recovery since less calories are going in the body. However, deep sleep can definitely aid in recovery since GH will be released. 

 

Looking leaner is always a good thing! How are you calories, ie, cutting, bulking, slightly over/under maintenance? Also, any strength gains or libido boost?

Eating about 400 calories under maintenance, I wouldn't say strength has gone up yet, but it definitely hasn't gone down even being on a cut, and libido has definitely gone way up in the last couple of days.

Better libido on lower cals is a good thing! Strength may go up some, but in my book, if one is losing weight and strength stays the same, that is a win.

Libido has continued to go up, I've been really busy with school, and training a team, so didn't get to hit the gym yesterday, but will update again later tonight if strength and has gone up or stayed the same. I'm still on a calorie deficit as well, and staying well rested even on less hrs of sleep for studying all the time recently.

Glad to see sleep and libido improvements still rising. Strength may take week or 2 to fully kick in.

Nursing as of now thinking about medical school, but idk if I want another 4 years.

It's a cow eye lol
As far as the alphamax, still on a calorie deficit trying to cut, libido is still up, sleeping great, and now the strength has gone up slightly only a few lbs, or extra rep or two on lifts. Also I have a small bump of gyno like smaller than a pea, but I believe this is making it even smaller.

On a deficit, if strength goes up by 1 rep, that is a win!

Yeah I was really hoping my strength would just stay the same on a cut, but it going slightly up is awesome, and getting good night sleep whether it's 6-9 hrs has as been great as well, for killing it in the gym, and class.
