Lets talk numbers.

 

What kind of numbers you throwing around currently?

 

Right now :

 

Squat: 425 (probably do 450) raw as raw and be no belt wraps anything

Bench:280 (this is it no more for now) same as above

Deadlift: 635 (probably do 660-700 without a ton of working sets) belt

 

5'8'' 200-205 about 15% bf.

about 250mg of test

about 500mg of trenace

 

Just interdasted to see where everyone at.

Squat: 515 (raw, without knee wraps)
Bench: 330 (raw)
Dead: 620 (raw)

All of the above were my best lifts in my latest meet on July 12th of this year. Total was 1465 @ 181 (181.8lbs official BW). This was also at the end of a 6-week solo cycle of Triumphalis.
1421 @ 181
496 Squat (no wraps), 314 Bench, 611 Deadlift

raw on trt of 125mg week

squat 475

bench 275

deadlift 508

 

equipped on trt 200mg week

squat 675

bench 529

deadlift 575

 

best gym lifts on 250mg week

raw squat w/ wraps 500/equipped 700

raw bench 345/equipped 585 of 2 board

raw deadlift 555/equipped 635

Meet numbers at age 48.

 

Squat: 405 lbs

Bench 280 lbs

Deads: 455 lbs

 

Hoping to get a 3 plate bench and 500 lb deadlift before I turn 50.

Bodyweight 199lb rights now

 

Squat: 420+

Bench 280+

Deadlifts: 500+

 

Wont really know my true numbers till I max out at the end of my cycle.

I don't PL (although I like going heavy) but I went to a small bench competition last May. PR prior to meet was 315@225 while on a mild non-methyl cycle. At meet I got 300@218 (199-220 class) no cycle, all natty brah.

 

Since then I have learned how to eat properly a went from 220-223 this June down to my current 196 (180-198 class). I got away from doing flat barbell bench press for a while after my comp, but am now back in it. Currently cutting hard at 2,600 calories, but got my bench back up to 285. I want to hit 300 or more again this coming May, but still be in the lighter weight class.
