10/18/14: Day 3 Deca-drol / T3 Stack



Notes: 241.8 lbs. upon waking so I will not be upping fats. I was sure that my weight did jump too much this week cause I have felt pudgy the past two or three days.

Upping aromasin up to 20 mg starting today. I have some IMR aromasin coming soon so maybe they have my back better than the last two companies.

On a good note, measured my arm for the first time in a while. 18"'s which hasn't been that big since I was like 250 lbs. @ 20 % BF. Still along way to go but I'm going to put the work in.

Sick, I have been rocking the honey peanut butter myself.. Doesn't hurt that it is mostly at night and honey is good for restful sleep... Of course that is probably more so raw honey... And the honey in the pb is probably too low of an amount.. Ok so the honey peanut butter just tastes fuckin great.

Just a patty pretty much. Just started doing it with the beef. Saw Justin Compton baked all his meats on one tray so I tried it. I create little baking sheets out of foil so the meat juices don't mix.

This actually make ground turkey taste great. Always comes out dry when I cook it in a skillet.

Gym pic mid way through my chest routine Saturday. Looking soft but big IMO. About 245 here. Be glad when my arms catch up to my shoulders, traps & chest.

You know what you are doing, they will be the image you have of them in your head in no time.

I remember when I needed my arms to catch up. At the end of every single workout(including arm days) I would do tricep and bicep super/drop sets with no rest, 1 excercise for inner biceps, 1 for outer, long, and short head triceps, so I rotated 4 excercises 6-9 sets each, with 3 tiers.

People probably thought I was a vain chode doing it everyday and I get that haha. But it worked and best pump my arms ever had.

I think my issue has been recovery lately. My arms have seemed to stay sore. The rest of my body grows now and those muscle groups do not stay sore as long. So I have dropped my volume down per workout but frequency is higher. I will stick with this for atleast 6 weeks then re-access. I am think I will need a tad bit more recovery time but we will see.

Totally, it will all come together... Besides your arms arn't actually small, just you are so jacked everywhere else. Most people would never give your arms a second thought as being small haha. All around though , you look awesome my man.

Thinks a combo of both, Plus I don't have very well shaped arms either. But yeah they are undersized compared to the rest of my body. Im sure my shoulders are atleast 55" by now and 18" arms don't match that at all. Especially That I weigh 240 lol.
