Training yesterday and today was just 65 minutes of cardio. I cannot wait until the aggressive mini cut is over. Friday evening I hit back. I got 320 on deadlifts for my one plus set. Everything else has been going up weight wise or rep wise as well. Recovery has been spot on too, even only eating 2,000 cals with all the cardio I've been doing.

 

Today I weighed in at 156.4, .4 pounds heavier than last week. I am not disappointed though. My waist has definitely shrunk. WHen I go to the gym first thing in the morning, like this past Tuesday when I trained legs, I wear a very thick long sleeve shirt. Usually, I have to go to my second to last loop or really suck air in the get to the last. Now, I am at the last loop without effort. Also, on days, like Friday, when I go after a whole day or eating, I am at the second no problem and almost at the last. I seem to be recomping more, but losing fat. Strength has been up despite the initial weight loss, low calories, and excessive cardio.

Today's training session went great, even though I screwed up on squats. I write everything in a notebook and was looking at the wrong page for legs. I was looking at a page from 2 or 3 5/3/1 cycles before when I was able to squat heavier. My second set I hit 225 for 5 reps, I was only supposed to do 200 for 5 and my last set, my 5+ set, was supposed to be 225. So basically, I warmed up heavier and my first and second sets were heavier. I hit 225 for 7 on my 5+ set. I also performed roman deadlifts a little differently today. I usually just push my hips back until I the plates almost touch the ground. Today, I rested the bar on the ground every rep. I had a slight bend in my knees so I was still hitting the hamstrings. It makes it so much harder to not have that rebound effect. My hamstrings will be sore tomorrow!!

Everything is back on track. I hit the gym this morning and hit chest with some cardio after. Weights are going up and if not, reps are. I was sweating pretty good doing cardio and I was only doing a light session!

Here is an update for yesterday.

 

Destroyed back today! Usually I hit back on Fridays after student teaching, but since I was behind a day, did it today instead of cardio. On my 5+ set, I went for 8 reps and my last set, going back down to the weight of my first set, hit 12 reps! I don't know if it was having an extra day of rest, the fact that I trained in the morning instead of later in the day, or a combo of both.

Nothing new today. Just did some cardio today. Lower back is damn sore. I hope its better for squats on Tuesday!

 

Weight was also down 1.4 pounds to 155 from 156.4 last week.

Lifting was great yesterday and today. Despite the weight loss this week, the weight I am using on some exercises is till increasing. I think this is the last week.

Weight was up 1 pound yesterday, but I did not use the bathroom in the morning. Regardless, I am down. I am entering my final few days. Final review on SUnday!

I had legs today. I wear under armour leggings, in black. You could see my leg veins popping through the leggings! Amazing product for sure. I am refeeding on Thursday for my Thanksgiving since I don't celebrate it. Can't wait to see how I look when having a lot of carbs. Cals are going to be the same. Fat will be minimal, protein is set at bodyweight and carbs fill the rest!

Final Review

 

I ended on Saturday. My ending weight was 154.4 while beginning weight was 155.4 I did not lose as much on the scale as I wanted, but I am definitely leaner. Not only that, but ALL of my lifts, even my major lifts increased by a pretty good margin. When one is cutting or even maintaining, just to be able to lift the same weight is the goal. The first dose provided me with nice clean energy and an overall good feeling. It also crushed my hunger. Even after fasted cardio, I was not hungry after taking the first dose. The second dose did not do so much of that to be quite honest. 

 

All in all, Theatrim is a great product. I lost a pound, according to the scale, but the mirror tells a slightly different story. I would, and have been over on AM, suggest Theatrim as a possible fat burner to use. I am going to copy this over on AM.
