Sup fellas. Got an opportunity to log some theatrim from Purus. Was going to start yesterday but forgot the bottle at home.

Really interested in theacrin. This stuff should be a big thing in fat burning I think.

So my dosing will be 1 cap with a meal this morning and one cap with a meal at lunch to assess how I react. If that goes well, I'll do 2 caps tomorrow morning and 1 cap in the afternoon. If that goes well I will use 2 caps twice a day.

I've got some fat to lose for sure. Every time I think I have this bodybuilding thing figured out I learn that I have a lot left to learn. So anyway my bulk just turned into me getting fat. Knowing that I was chosen about 2 weeks ago I cleaned up the diet.

Diet and training will not change much because I think that if you do those things while trying a new supplement, it's hard to tell what is working for you and what isn't.

So I'll be getting roughly 350 to 400 grams of protein, 200 to 250 grams of carbs and trying to keep fats under 75 grams.

Training is me doing a linear progression routine as I'm trying to get my big 4 lifts up.

My sleeping pattern has been terrible lately so the added energy will definitely be welcome!

Started to bench yesterday. Did first set of 100's for 12. Started the second set and on the third rep my elbow twinged again so I scrapped chest and did cardio. 45 minutes on the tread at 3 mph @ a 5 incline

So anyway, the last 3 workouts have been kind of shit. Strength is down and then there are the bicep/elbow issues. So even though I don't like doing it while I'm trying a new product, I'm going to make changes to my training. So I'll be trying to use some other intensity techniques instead of going for strength.

This is going back to last week's workout before I started. Btw my appetite is shit. Has Purus had any reports of appetite suppressing? Not complaining as that is the driving force for me when dieting is controlling appetite
