Antaeus Labs recently launched the Modular Series, consisting of cutting-edge single ingredient supplements.
The line-up currently consists of
7,8-dihydroxyflavone is a naturally-occurring flavone. In vivo testing has shown that 7,8-DHF is orally-active and crosses the blood-brain barrier. 7,8-dihydroxyflavone, also known as DHF, is a potent tyrosine kinase receptor B (TrkB) agonist. 7,8-dihydroxyflavone mimics the activity of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), and has potent neuroprotective and nootropic properties.
Galantamine is a naturally occurring alkaloid present in plants like the snowdrop and daffodil. As a dietary supplement it has been used as a nootropic, sleep aid, and (in combination with induction techniques) to induce vivid and lucid dreams and out-of-body experiences.
Once ingested, triacetyluridine is converted to uridine. Uridine is a precursor in the endogenous biosynthesis of CDP-choline and phosphatidylcholine. Uridine is also a neurotransmitter, as a ligand of the P2Y2 purinergic receptors, and may potentiate NGF/TrkA signalling in neuronal development and regeneration.
Ultra-COQ10 is an ultra-potent Coenzyme Q10 formula. Coenzyme Q10 is sometimes hailed as a natural “wonder drug” as it has so many positive effects, including well-documented effects on the heart, blood pressure, and fertility, as well as evidence of reduced fatigue and enhanced peak power in athletes. Ultra-Q10 brings you all the benefits of Coenzyme Q10 in a powerful blend of CoQ10 cyclodextrin complexes and CoQ10 nanocrystals.
Epiandrosterone is a biological precursor, or “prohormone” to DHT. Ultra-Stano contains epiandrosterone complexed with cyclodextrins for greater overall bioavailability, higher peak plasma concentration, and a faster onset.
- Queen Bee Acid
Queen bee acid is the major component of the lipid fraction of royal jelly, the special food of larval queen honey bees. Queen bee acid has similar neurogenic effects in animal and in vitro tests to the omega 3 fatty acid docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and the protein brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF).
To celebrate, we've decided to give away six Modular Series supplements. Each winner will be able to choose the product of their choice from the available products. In keeping with the recent addition of queen bee acid to the line-up, the competition is bee-themed.
