Hey guys I just started this stack today and figured id log it to show how things go.
Been lifting for years but had a serious injury that put me out for a whole year. Right now I'm 5'5 at 173lbs @ about 15% BF? I have an electrical impedance tool to measure that reads 13-14% but I feel thats too low.
looking to recomp with this. mainly loose some fat and maybe put on a few solid LBs but mostly to have fun in the process!

inhibit-p, support sups, vitamins ext...
erase pro: 0/1/1/1/1
will be following a scheme based off PHAT so 2 power split days upper/lower body, then followed by 3 hypertrophy days so every group is hit twice a week but in a different rep/intensity
current lifts are nothing special
squat: 405 x 3 ( lots of ankle/ leg issues due to bad injuries so squat is hard for me some days)
bench: 300 x 2
DL: 455 x 1
