Hey guys I just started this stack today and figured id log it to show how things go. 

 

Background:

Been lifting for years but had a serious injury that put me out for a whole year. Right now I'm 5'5 at 173lbs @ about 15% BF? I have an electrical impedance tool to measure that reads 13-14% but I feel thats too low. 

 

looking to recomp with this. mainly loose some fat and maybe put on a few solid LBs but mostly to have fun in the process! 

cycle is gonna be 

 

Epi: 60/60/60/60/60/60

tren: 90/90-120/120/120/120/120

dremacrine: 4/4/4/4/4/4

 

inhibit-p, support sups, vitamins ext...

 

nolva: 20/20/10/10

DAA: 3/3/3/3/3/3

erase pro: 0/1/1/1/1

hcgenerate: 5/5/5/5/5 

albuterol

 

training:

will be following a scheme based off PHAT so 2 power split days upper/lower body, then followed by 3 hypertrophy days so every group is hit twice a week but in a different rep/intensity 

current lifts are nothing special 

squat: 405 x 3 ( lots of ankle/ leg issues due to bad injuries so squat is hard for me some days)

bench: 300 x 2 

DL: 455 x 1

day 2

 

nothing to report yet except a tiny headache and a tiny acne flare up but honestly its probably due to stress from midterms and studying. Today was a rest day so not training to report on either. I did start taking the split doses with a glass of fresh grapefruit juice.

day 8 

 

starting to feel a bit of a change in workouts its getting easier to push farther beyond normal threshold. Also pumps have been increasing and I've been feeling harder and fuller throughout the day. Actually the other day after doing delta and back I was in the shower and had to double take because I was rinsing my left felt and it felt so hard in the anterior distal part that I thought it may have been bruised or something at first. aggression both in and out of gym have risen a bit as well. still nothing major may have gained an extra rep on lifts this week but may also be mental. 

 

top lifts this week 

 

bench 315 x4 ( on smith didn't want to wait in line for bar bench ) 

squat  315 x 12 

DL 405 x 1 

shoulder db press 85's x 10 

 

havent checked the scale in over a week ill prob look today before I lift

 

sides: nothing to report really except some minor pimple or two and calf pumps but they're controlled with some tuarine

day 8 post training 

 

scale says 174.5 feel the same but someone did actually ask me if I was on a cycle  and told me I looked bigger lol I think they were just playing though. Hit chest rep day and had a crazy pump felt amazing, strength was good too.

 

max from each lift

hammer chest press: 3 plates each side x 10 reps 

incline db press: 100's x 9

dips: 2 plates x 12 

pec dec: 230 x 10 

cable flye 25x 20 

 

abs 4 set 30 sec hold L-sit on kettle bells

day 9 

 

workouts starting to get noticeably better more energetic in the gym and don't want to stop lifting and strength is more consistent the past few days. 

 

hit some reps on legs earlier best sets: 

squat 225x 10 x 5 deep as possible 

leg press 20 plates x 12 

straight leg DL 225x 12 

leg curls and a bunch of calves 

abs suer set with Kb swings

Day 10 rest and work all day

Day 11

Did some Chest/tri this morning felt awesome in the gym great contractions and pump and strength was good was able to hit a long wanted PR on flat bench
Still waiting to really "feel" both compounds but I'm happy with how it's going so far. Scale says 175.0 and Im looking a bit leaner
Flat bar bench: 315 x2 (psyched on this)
Incline db: 100's x 8
Hammer incline reps
Flyes
Tris ss with push-ups

Day 14

Leg day... Was super tired by the time I got to the gym after a long stressful day but wotkout wasn't bad. Still nothing to really report as of yet.

Pre exhaust with superset
extentions and curls
Squat 315x 12 x 3
Lunges
Box jumps
Calves

day 26 

 

 weight this morning is 168.9 ...leaning out a bit more in the past week. not too much of anything to report on size gains but strength is solid the past couple weeks.

no sides to report on other than some back and abdominal cramps

 

lifts all new PRs  stoked on these!

seated DB shoulder press: 100's x 6 

bench: 315x 3 

incline DB: 100's x 9

squat: 405 x 6

yeah the strength gains are pretty wild every lift is a new PR for both reps and weight! I'm about 200-300 above maintenance

quick update here start week 4 

 

aggression both in and out of gym is way up I notice I'm shorter tempered and Im an extremely laid back person so Its pretty noticeable for me. no other sides to report

 

still slimming down and putting on size currently at 172 but noticeably bigger and leaner than the start. Ive gotten many comments so far on this cycle. 

 

strength  and endurance is the best part of this cycle so far without question 

 

top lifts this week 

incline Db press 110s x 5 

squat 315 x 12 x 4 

bent over row 225 x 8

Felt the same way when I was on. The dumbest things would make me get really pissed off. I really had to calm myself while driving because of all the idiots out there.
