Ending the day with 70 g of carbs could have been under 60 but peanut butter. Don't plan on utilizing peanut butter too often.

Probably going to do a two-a-dat tomorrow. Back in the a.m. And triceps later that evening or late at night.

Well GF came in at about 4 am and started sucking my dick. This session was just a quickie. After gagging in my cock a bit she road my dick for maybe 2-3 minutes eventually making her pussy squirt then she rolled over and put her ass in the air. Just fucked her doggy then she just started wanting me to cum. Eventually going creampie King style. Nothing special. got up wiped my dick and went back to sleep.

Woke up this morning and started the day off with some hydrowhey, olive oil, creatine, chicken, guac, vitamin c and Purus Labs Organ Sheild. Going to be head to the gym in about 40knutes for some back work. Probably up the Aminos for this session. Need to check mail box real quick. Should have the new LGI product wait. Holler at you guys shortly.

HWC?

I've been on this forum for a long time man. This isn't even my original account. And my last account had reached 15,000 post two-three times. I have probably made 23,000 post on this forum alone and a bunch of us went to another forum a year or two and I had 15,000 there too. I am a sure shot when it comes to sponsored logs. I have pissed off one company before but that was just cause I didn't respond well to the product. The product is still around and people live it but I did not. That company gave me log ops several times and always gave them good reviews but the rep that gave me that particular opportunity got pissy lol. Been like 3 years ago though. Stick around and you'll eventually get a chance. When you do take advantage of it, be honest and very detailed. That's my advice.

PURUS LABS BCAA XR WRITE UP

Purus Labs invests new technology in an “oldie but goodie,” Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). The importance of BCAAs for muscle growth, performance and recovery is well validated, especially around the pre-intra-post exercise timeframes. We wanted to capitalize on this crucial window of opportunity and provide a single supplement that fills all three voids. BCAAXR immediately drenches your muscles in BCAAs; then, 60 minutes later, while engaging your exercise, BCAAXR provides a secondary flood of amino acids to your working muscles…without you ever having to consume another dose.

RATIONALE FOR CREATION

Our primary goal was to develop a Branched Chain Amino Acid, because they are heavily absorbed within skeletal muscle and help regulate cell growth, to blunt muscle breakdown (catabolism) from strenuous exercise and encourage muscle recovery and growth. HOWEVER, there was a small caveat; we wanted a product that did so without having to tediously watch the clock and consume multiple dosages of caps or powder. We wanted an all-in-one type product in an easy to carry and consume format. Sound good? We thought so too.

BRANCHED CHAIN AMINO ACIDS MECHANISM OF ACTION

One mechanism by which BCAAs reduce fatigue and increase endurance is by reducing serotonin and dopamine levels within the body. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter responsible for relaxation and content, and Dopamine is a catecholamine that can produce the same effects. The aromatic amino acids tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylalanine are prominently involved in serotonin and dopamine production. BCAAs just so happen to compete for the same brain receptor sites as these aforementioned amino acids. The more BCAAs you consume, the less your body will absorb of these aromatic amino acids and the less fatigue you will experience. This is also one reason BCAAs are best absorbed not taken with protein, as it contains tryptophan, tyrosine, phenylalanine.
BCAAs also prevent muscle breakdown as they provide a usable substrate for fuel. Through a process called gluconeogenisis, your liver can create glucose from branched chain amino acids to fuel your body’s needs, as opposed to catabolizing (breaking down) hard earned muscle to satisfy the deficit.
Studies have also shown BCAAs can lead to actual muscle growth via an increase Muscle Protein Synthesis (MPS), largely due to the Leucine content of BCAAs increasing mTor, which regulates cell growth.

HOW IT WORKS

BCAAXR contains 2 unique colored beadlets within each plant capsule. Utilizing pharmaceutical enteric technology, one color begins breaking down for absorption immediately upon consumption, but the other is specially coated to avoid immediate breakdown, thus surviving the harsh, acidic environment of the stomach for 60 minutes (approximately the duration of intense exercise). At this time, it begins releasing the branched chain amino acids into your bloodstream for muscle delivery.

CONLUSION

Purus Labs remains at the forefront of the industry, once again pushing the envelope of sports nutrition with the release of BCAAXR. Scale the number of capsules to achieve your desired BCAA dosage, and simply throw them back before you workout. It’s that simple…well, it is now, thanks to us.

I can't wait to get back in to exercising. I fractured my shoulder 4 weeks ago and haven't done shit but eat since. Still have another 4 to 6 weeks to go before i will be able to even lift anything with my right arm. Currently doing therapy and the only thing i am allowed to do is lift my arm from my waist straight out and roll a ball in a circular motion. Sucks. Great log bro

The list or pics of it would be long but let me know what your into and I'm sure I'll have some shit to share.

There's coconut oil treats, LC cheesecake, coconut flour treats, almond four treats, and if you haven't had coconut butter get a jar or make your own by blending a bag or 2 of unsweetened coconut flakes in your blender or food processor.

For that fatty veggies I just cook fatty meat or bacon then toss all my veggies in it. Makes for tatsy veggies and easy clean up. I'll do the same with lean meats or seafood too.

B0FBC855-1AC5-4E07-BFF1-C70303F6F9F4-290
Recipe
Ingredients:

2 lbs no fat cream cheese
4 whole large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 oz (1/2 cup) low carb no fat milk
1 cup cooking splenda (sucralose)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Using No Fat cooking spray, spray 9" pie pan
Mix ingredients together using an electric blender in a large bowl
Pour mix into pre-greased pan

Heat at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes
Remove from oven and place in refrigerator

You must let this sit at least 4-5 hours in the fridge if you want a decent cheesecake.

Macronutrient Totals (per slice):

Protein: 20g
Carbohydrates: 6g
Fat: 2.25g
Chocolate or vanilla protein powder can be added to the mix for flavor and more protein if desired.

I've never made it with full fat cream cheese but it has to be good that way too.
I also don't use splenda since its cut with maltodextrin aka glucose and only use half or less of a uncut sweetner.
