1lb on off days 1.5lbs on training days.
I vary my cals based on daily output and feel. Some off days I eat more than training days just because my body says EAT!!!
When you keep it LC is hard to really screw if up a long as you keep it LC if not things can go bad quick.
Not that I don't like it. Just don't think I could do a whole pound of it.
Do you put anything on it?
