You don't like pork??
1lb on off days 1.5lbs on training days.
I vary my cals based on daily output and feel. Some off days I eat more than training days just because my body says EAT!!!
When you keep it LC is hard to really screw if up a long as you keep it LC if not things can go bad quick.

Not that I don't like it. Just don't think I could do a whole pound of it.
Do you put anything on it?
I love you man!

Salt, Pepper, Garlic are my main seasonings on everything but I used some prime rib rub with extra pepper on this batch of pork. I cook 10-12lbs of meat every week and it's always turns out great.

This post is for bucks too and yeah figured I'd come share the food porn and shit here too.

For beef I'm a prime rib, ribeye, and tritip kinda guy.
Smoked ribeye....
First time I've ever seen or tasted a ribeye that was smoked.

Tritip

And this pork loin was on point too.

There's No denying this doesn't look on point for pork.

Yeah I like my food and do it big every single week. 2-3lbs of meat a day is what the LC doctor ordered.

Just killed 40min of fasted cardio on the Airdyne then hit a quick bench session.
For my fasted cardio and workouts I pop in a 4mg piece of nicotine gum to get a little boost and it releases fatty acids from fat cells allowing me to burn those fats as fuel all while staying fasted. It's all about mobilizing fatty acids from your stored BF then burning that fat as fuel resulting in less BF.

Put in work last night and I'm still kinda full.
Almost put myself in a meat coma but I survived. Lol
All the food was very high quality. The cheese and shrimp starter was killer and I ate about 1lb of shrimp and probably 10-12oz of cheese. Then for the mains I had 2 huge plates of chicken, steak, and some salmon that was just so damn good because it was garlic, herb, and onion topped. Now the veggies where to die for because the cauliflower, broccoli, and sprouts got drenched in butter then I topped it with grated cheese. The garlicly buttered kale they was on point just like the rest of the food there. If I had to guess I say 1 ate 1lb of all the meats and veggies so about 8lbs of food counting the starters.
There was so much chocolates to be had that I had to bring some home with me. Also grabbed 2 mini PB and 2 mini C&C cheesecakes, along with a few chocolate things that was put on top of a bunch of cakes they had.
I stuck to my guns and only dipped my finger in a couple deserts so it was a great LC night.

Before getting ready for the party I did 5 rounds of Airdyne HIIT with a 15m ride after and another quick bench session.

Not sure what I'll pick up tomorrow for next week. I've ate pork loin or top sirloin for the past 5-6wks but it's so damn good and cheap its a no brainer just to keep eating it.
Not sure if you have a local Costco but if you do become a member because it's the only way to go when you eat big.

I've been craving ground turkey with bacon so maybe I'll do a week of that then get back to the pork.

Here's some of what I brought home from my GFs xmas party.

Gonna keep this carb up pretty mellow and about to start making a bunch of chicken tacos and some air popped popcorn after.
All I've had so far is Trader Joes dried banana flattened. If you guys ever have a chance to grab that get a few because they are damn good.

Thanks tasted even better. Salt, pepper, garlic, and my uncles hot sauce ties it all together with some heat.
2500-3000 cals and a massive refeed/carb up every weekend that could be from 5-10k cals in a 8hr window.

Well the results are in and I'm not all that happy with what was tested but enough was tested to show I have a few issues. Lol

Looking at those should tell you why I'm not that happy bcause things I assumed would be tested didn't get tested and I didn't notice that until right now. I'll be calling the office to see about getting a lipid panel added to tomorrow's bloods.
For insurance proposes I'll be Going back to get more bloods done tomorrow moring and then go back to see him on the 29th.
He's running more test now to find the source of the problem. He asked if I was against TRT and I said no but if want injections and that won't happen off the bat with him because he pushes the gels and said I'd have to start with those if I wanted to work with him on it.

Still leaning out with no test though, but I know my estro is high and it needs to be tested.
high estro is one reason I like stano.

Yeah that's how mine started me out. With the gels. Until I told him how extremely messy it was and that I had a kid. Then he didn't fight the injects.

I'm going to bring up my girlfriend, camping out door stuff and it just being a daily hassle.
It's the reason I don't like transdermals so I won't do it forever.

Refeed!!!

36F42A9D-6B8C-49D3-A89B-D3FB2782F77A_zps

Haven't had cereal in a while so I picked up 8 boxes today. Lol

I've been on a taco kick lately and tonight will be more of the same, but I had my GF make me some Mexican rice and 2 different salsas. I'll also be making some pumpkin pancakes with a maple cream cheese frosting.
Have some hazelnut and almond butter to top some pancakes with and those will also be used to dip some bananas in.

Just had a full serving of Ultimate Orange Juiced and I'm about to hit chest, bis/tris, and some back.
Who knows might work some shoulders in too.
Today was a planned off day but I ended up just buying rotisserie chickens at Costco so no food prep and I might as well makemthe most of my refeed and hit a nice session before.
Bench tonight, squats tomorrow, deads Tuesday, and then I'll be headed to my dads ranch for Christmas so I gotta cram it all in then smash food for 5 days straight.
